There I was, navigating construction cones like I was competing in an Olympic obstacle course, dust swirling, questioning my life choices... only to discover that my beloved was OPEN. Doors wide. Wok blazing. I almost wept. And was it worth dodging barricades? Obviously. I burst through the door like a woman returning from war. And the smell. The wok. The sizzle. I knew I had made the correct life choices. The teriyaki chicken fried rice did not come to play. It came to dominate. The rice had that smoky, slightly crispy edge -- the kind that whispers, "Yes, this pan has seen things." The teriyaki glaze was glossy and clingy in a way that would make a situationship jealous. Sweet, savory, deeply committed. The chicken? Juicy. Not dry. Not apologetic. JUICY. And the cucumber sesame salad? She was cool. She was crisp. She was the friend who shows up calm while you're spiraling. Crunchy, nutty, lightly dressed but fully dressed enough to make a statement. Icon behavior. Across my table ,chaos. My darling friend went feral in the best way. Sesame chicken so sticky it could hold a grudge. Sweet, salty, dramatic. And the pork dumplings? OOO SPICY. These dumplings had ATTITUDE. They kicked. They whispered "handle me" and then absolutely did not handle gently. We were sweating. We were thriving. And can we talk about Kevin? Kevin was speed. Kevin was charm. Kevin appeared exactly when needed, like a well-timed plot twist. Fast, friendly, and somehow never intrusive. We love a service king. Construction chaos outside. Culinary excellence inside. Balance has been restored. We give it two snaps and a twist.
First-Time Visit — I’m a Fan! This was my very first time at P.F. Chang’s—never been before and hadn’t even tried their frozen meals from the grocery store. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. We started with the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and they were excellent. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—I already can’t wait to come back for them again. We also had the vegetable spring rolls, which came with a tasty chili sauce that added just the right amount of kick without overpowering the flavor. Overall, a great first impression. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu on my next visit!
P.f Chang has always been my comfort food for dining . I’ve been eating these Chinese food from past 9 year while I was in Dubai however today the food experience has not been so great. TBH, the dynamite shrimp is totally different than what I used to eat , I didn’t like it much in here. Signature lo mein & fried rice was good & we enjoyed it. The server Nick was really pleasant . We wanted our order to be all together on the table & he made sure it was . The ambience was okay . We sat on a corner seat but it was reserved already so were escorted to a seat in the middle which I pretty didn’t like much .
Went for Valentine's Day dinner, ordered a 5 course meal for two. It was a good deal, $89 (Valentine's day special). The food was great and service was nice, but I ordered dessert after finishing the main course around 6:50/7pm. It took about 40 minutes to come out, waiter seemed frustrated it was taking so long and checked in with us a number of times. I didn't even want dessert after waiting that long for it, I got it to go and left at 7:45. Otherwise it the food/service was good but I was annoyed and frustrated by the end of it. Probably wouldn't go again.
We have been regulars at this P.F. Chang's for nearly a decade, and it was almost always excellent. However, the last three visits have been a disaster. It feels like management has completely changed, and not for the better. Today was the final straw. We called twice to confirm a reservation for nine to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, they had no record of us. After waiting for a table to be setup, the service was just as disorganized. Multiple orders were wrong; one was sent back twice. By the time the final three people received their corrected meals, the other six were already finished. A birthday celebration is about eating together, and this experience completely fractured our evening. It’s a shame to see a former favorite fall this far. We’ll be finding somewhere else to celebrate from now on.
First time at this location and got the hot and sour soup ordered for pickup. Got home and compared to the other locations I’ve been to this had almost none of the filling in it. All broth. This is the only thing I ever get at P.F. Chang’s as it’s my favorite hot and sour soup. Disappointing.
Really subpar- not only did we wait over 1 hour for the food, once it came it was worse than anything you get at Panda Express. We couldn’t event tell the waiter we were unsatisfied because we never saw him and had to flag him down to get the check. We had two small children we just tried to rush out of there. Walking out, this was seemingly a problem across the board and some meals might have been comp’d but we weren’t even given the option. Won’t be back- and unfortunate we were trying to take our parents out for their 45th wedding anniversary.
