Such a lovely experience! Huge spot, beautifully decorated. A line out the door that moved super fast. The broths were robust, flavorful and spicy! The AYCE (all you can eat) style made ordering feel free and they kept the portions reasonable, so if you order thoughtfully - you'll finish nearly everything on the table (which I am glad for because I hatee to waste). The staff were so kind and attentive. And the iPad ordering made everything seamless. They have a fragrance satchel making station on M/W/F so we didnt even feel the wait time. There's also a membership where you can get the buffet for cheaper, free dessert, and more. Great spot, we will def be back. Come check then out!

This place is awesome! Ordering on the tablet was super easy. The staff made me feel really welcome, too. I loved that everything was self-serve, from the sauces to the drinks. Definitely coming back here soon! First image is the butter spicy broth and the second is the spicy lamb broth.

Great hotpot, could improve on their selection of free drinks. Make sure you cook everything thoroughly though, they emphasize when you are ordering to cook everything well done. Imo depending on your budget this is probably the 2nd-3rd best hot place in the 8th ave area. High budget this is prob 2nd best in the area. Low budget this is prob 3rd best in the immediate area. If you go around lunchtime it's usually not busy. Prices: So hotpot here they charge $20~ for starting a pot for you on top of their hotpot prices. Regular hotpot(not many seafood options) price is from $36~, premium hotpot is ($52~ for many seafood options). After tax and tip it's around ~$70 if you go solo, or $60~ each for a duo eating regular hotpot. (I wouldn't go here for the premium hotpot as there's a better premium alternative nearby.) When you pay, you pay a few dollars less per person if you open a membership and put in at least $100 cash. Basically the more people you go with the more people you can split the $20 pot fee with and the more you benefit from opening a membership. Service is alright, you have to do the hotpot yourself (this applies to most hotpot stores) so they're mainly just bringing you food and taking away your old plates etc. Fairly polite.

This place is pretty good, meats are fresh and come out quickly. The waitstaff is welcoming, the atmosphere is very family friendly. My only complaint would be the drink refrigerator, it’s not cold at all, not even sure if they plug it in at all all the drinks are lukewarm.

We walked in on a Thursday night and didn't have a wait. Sat immediately, they provide you a large bag to out your jackets in so they won't smell by the end of dinner which was nice. They provide you an iPad to order what you'd like. There's a sauce station and a small hot station but only a couple items. We walked here but there is some street parking around. Somewhat loud music but you can still hear your party and talk comfortably at the table. It is largely serviced through the iPad, and the only interaction is when they drop it off at the beginning, bringing you your items and at the end. We ordered the medium spicy soup and their new coconut chicken broth. The coconut chicken broth was unexpectedly sweet, too sweet for our taste but after a couple top offs, it evened out. Their sauce bar was nice and extensive for things to add. The milk buns from the hot bar had freezer burn and was somewhat inedible. All of the meat we ordered were of good quality and the vegetables too. The seafood wasn't bad. We also ordered the soup dumplings which came frozen and took awhile to cook in the soup. There's a fridge that you can grab some soft drinks (coke, diet coke, fanta, brisk iced tea) and there was also bottled water and passionfruit tea. Overall, an ok experience but not sure if I'd come back.

Came here with a crew of 11, 2 families, service was good, food was good and only 1 gripe, the soda and soy bean milk refrigerator was not cold enough. Popular all-you-can-eat (AYCE) destination that offers a stylish and vibrant dining experience. Reviewers frequently highlight its modern decor, which features high ceilings and traditional Chinese accents, creating a space that feels both hip and cozy. Customizable Hotpot Experience: Guests use tablets to order from an extensive selection of fresh ingredients, including premium meats like Wagyu beef and various seafood options like shrimp and large clams. Unique Broth Options: Signature soup bases include a Spicy Butter Broth—often presented with a decorative butter bear—as well as Herbal, Tomato, and Pork Stomach & Chicken broths. Extensive Sauce Bar: A standout feature is the large DIY sauce station, where diners can mix their own dipping sauces from a wide array of seasonings and oils. Complimentary Extras: The AYCE price includes access to two refrigerators stocked with various soft drinks and teas, plus a selection of snacks like shaved ice, milk tea grass jelly, and complimentary ice cream at the end of the meal.

Food is average... nothing special. Service is as average. It's hotpot so you cook your own food and they do not serve drinks but tell you where the fridge is to grab a drink yourself. Ambiance is nice but it really smells in there... not my first hotpot place but the smell was worse here. We drove from NJ for a friend's 30th to try this spot because she saw it on TikTok (by someone names tiff) and sent it to us. I will tell you right now... the TikTok is as not the experience at all!! Idk if she got paid or received a special free dinner to make that video or maybe she knows the owners but her video was far from the actual experience. Inside is pretty nice as far as the decor goes. The website said it was open till 2am and google said till 1am. We got there at like 10:30pm with a decent size group.. a few who never had hotpot before. They tell us the kitchen is closing in about an hour (it's all you can eat and not cheap). We were upset because the website did not say this and we drove about an hour to try this spot. They did not offer us anything and said we could only order the all you can eat buffet but that we could order extra in advance before the kitchen closes and still eat so we decided to stay. Wish we didn't. 1. We were rushed to order 2. They were out of several broths which we have to pay extra food. They also started removing the sauces early so we didnt have enough for our food. Ridiculous. They also said they ran out of the tea that is included but we could buy other teas. You say online you close at 1-2am but at 10:30-11pm you are out of a lot and stop serving stuff. You told us only the kitchen would close at 11:45pm but everything else would be fine. 3. So on top of charging extra for the broth which is not even included in the all you can eat buffet. You are forced to buy it because the meat/seafood comes raw and thats the only way you can cook the food. 4. Then they come while we are just start eating to say we have to pay now- we were sitting for maybe 20 mins! We were literally all really hungry and the first batch of food just cooled enough to eat and we had our jackets/wallets away because they had us put them in big plastic bags so they don't smell. So luckily one person offered to put it on their card so we all didn't hVe to stop eating and look through the bag for our jackets/ belongings for our money. 5. Oh and the bathroom was disgusting!! Overall, not the cleanest looking/smelling place but esp. the bathroom. Wish i took a picture. 6. Not a big deal but there were soooo many open tables... not packed at all and no one else waiting and they still made the party of 4 we dropped off while finding parking wait to be seat till everyone was there. I get it when its busy but come on. Overall, not a good experience and even when we expressed this and with all the issues/missing food/drinks/sauces they did not offer a discount at all. We did get an apology several times. Thats all. All the extras in the TikTok advertising was not a thing at the real restaurant. Do not waste your time coming here... so many other better hotpot spots.
