I can’t recommend this place enough! The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is incredibly sweet. Everything was served quickly! The portions are large so come hungry. If you enjoy spicy food make sure to ask for it extra spicy. The kimchi pancake was my favorite item! Already looking forward to the next time I get to visit.

The food was flavorful, though a bit too sweet overall for my taste. The portions were generous, providing good value for money. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is perfect for large groups. It wasn’t busy on Friday night, and they take reservations, which is a plus. The steamed egg is a must and I love their Jajang Robbokki. Overall, a solid choice for Korean cuisine!

Korea House is hands down one of the best hidden gems in Bothell. Every time we go, the food is absolutely incredible, fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic. You can taste the care that goes into every dish. The portions are generous, the quality is consistent, and everything comes out hot and delicious. On top of that, the service is always outstanding. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, making you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. They check in just the right amount, offer great recommendations, and create such a comfortable, home-style atmosphere that you can’t help but want to come back. Whether you’re craving perfectly seasoned bulgogi, crispy yet tender Korean fried chicken, or comforting stews and sides, Korea House delivers every single time. It’s easily one of my favorite local spots, and I’m always excited to return.

I came here for dinner with a group of 11 total people. The staff was very accommodating and tried to keep the group together. In the end, there were eight in one of their longest tables and three in an adjacent booth. We had a very chatty child with us, and the gentleman who attended to us was always friendly and included the child in the conversations. The food portions are big, so we ended up with take home boxes. Its nice that Bothell is getting more diverse restaurants...definitely a big change from over a decade ago.

Had high hopes for this place given the volume of high reviews. Sadly, I was disappointed. We ordered the house combo A - it came with beef ribs, soup, mackerel, a chicken cutlet, rice and all the traditional sides. Everything came out within about 5 min of us ordering, which was a bad sign from the beginning. The chicken cutlet had clearly been fried hours before and quickly microwaved before it got to the table. It was extremely dense, cold, and dry. I didn’t eat any more after the first bite. The mackerel…I didn’t even touch. It looked days old. The short ribs were fine but impossible to chew, and felt like a choking hazard. The best thing we had was the sundubu. But paying $75 for just one of the items you ordered to be good (it was also really small and meant for one person) is very annoying. I won’t be returning.

This restaurant has stood the test of time, and it’s easy to see why. With a vast selection, great flavors, and reasonable prices, it’s no wonder it’s been around for so long. For a group of four, opting for shareable dishes is ideal. We tried the lamb hot pot and a plate of assorted meats, both of which were quite enjoyable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the lamb was cut into rather small pieces. The pork belly plate, on the other hand, was absolutely delicious. The seafood pancake, a staple in Korean restaurants, was above average here. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a casual meal, especially for groups. The extensive menu allows you to try a variety of dishes, making it a great option for exploration.

3/30/25 Used to love this place, but now it is way overpriced for what you get. We ordered two Bibimbap and order total was close to $50. I got the tofu which was literally a half pound of rice, 6 pieces of tofu, some veggies and an egg. Old review: We ordered some sort of special that came with a ton of different sides. We were super impressed with the amount of food and appetizers. The value for the price we felt was very good. The two serving meal we ordered definitely fed us for a full two meals. Some of the food that I ate, I have no clue what it was. It was very good 🙂 UPDATE: just got take out again and still just as good if not better than the first time...They give you So. Much. Food. 🙂 We will be back. UPDATE: 10/2/21: food tastes just as good. They did raise the price of the 2 person special by around $4-5, but inflation with food is pretty crazy right now. Tasted the same and as good as prior times.
