King Kong Korean BBQ

Superb experience! I’ve often picked my own dishes and been unimpressed. This time we ordered the Kings meal with all the fixings for 6 people and were not disappointed in the slightest! Great meats, good sides, lots of choices, great staff!

I have been going to this restaurant since my bachelor days when it was DJK, the predecessor of this restaurant, and I still go to this restaurant with my kids, who are now middle school students. It is one of my favorite restaurants. 1. One of the things I like the most about this restaurant is that they serve the meat right away when you order it. I will say this clearly. (There are a few other Korean BBQ buffet restaurants in this area, and some of them don't serve the meat right away even after the customer orders it. It seems like they are using a dirty trick to make the customer feel full during the delay and then not eat more meat because they are full.) This restaurant doesn't use such tricks. The meat you order comes out right away, and they even change the grill quickly if you want. 2. This restaurant includes great dishes like stews, steamed eggs, and corn cheese in their all-you-can-eat menu, so you don't have to pay extra when you order these dishes. In other restaurants, you have to pay for meat separately and order stew or steamed eggs with extra money... 3. The staff are fast and friendly. Even when they are busy, you won't have to wait much long... 4. If there is one complaint about this restaurant, it is that they open at 4 pm on weekdays (open for lunch on weekends). However, I respect that decision because it is also a decision they try to make a profit from an economic standpoint.

Great experience! Super tasty food and very affordable. We brought our two year old, which I know can be hard to deal with as a server. Our server was very kind and super attentive! Always checking on us, and even anticipating our needs. I loved that they had K-pop on right after opening, very fun.

I don't like how they give you smaller portions past a certain number of plates of meat for Korean BBQ. Only becuase it makes it harder to guage if you have eaten enough to break even with the per person fee. That aside the meats are top quality, The service is amazing. No frills no flashyness, Just amazing ingredients and a great time.

If I could give this place no stars I would, my sister and I weren’t greeted. When we sat down, it was our first time trying KoreanBBQ, the review’s are what really brought us in, we obviously had questions and were treated very stupidly for asking. The food had zero flavor, and we left feeling dirty. Table, menu and seats felt gross. Would not recommend to an enemy.

We have been here so many times, sometimes order from the kitchen sometimes go for AYCE barbecue. This restaurant has plenty of seating, as well as a private party section right by the entrance. They serve authentic Korean food and delicious side dishes, can’t have enough of them, my 5 yo son can always find his favorite food on the table.

For the amount of food you get and the experience, this is well worth it. The salad has a great dressing and the tofu miso soup is delicious. High quality ingredients. The staff is great! We had a great time.
