Sassy Wine Belly

We had made a reservation at Sazan Ramen, but when we arrived the restaurant was closed for repairs. We were interested in trying K BBQ, so we went across the parking lot to see if they were open, and to ask if they had ramen on the menu. They did, even though the manager warned us that it was not the same type of ramen at Sazan - it is Korean ramen. We totally understood and decided to stay and try a few dishes. The service was really wonderful. Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the host to the manager to all of our servers. They even offered to bring me a taste of the wine when I asked about their House Red. The only hiccup in service was that we ordered the chicken teriyaki ($24), but they ended up bringing us the chicken teriyaki bento box ($22), which is not what we had asked for. The restaurant’s atmosphere felt utilitarian. Upon entering, I wondered if we had walked into a restaurant that was closed to dine-in and only filling takeout orders. The main corridor that you can see from the entry door looks like in an assembly line for takeout orders. It was 3 PM, so I thought they might have been between their lunch and dinner services. I went to the host stand to ask if they were open for lunch, and the host said that they were. When we sat down at our table, we noticed that there was a can of anti-fire spray and a plastic gallon jug of water with a label that said "do not drink" placed on a shelf just above the table. As we looked around the space, we also noticed that there were bright red fire suppression systems located very visibly in every corner of the restaurant. We understand that most diners are cooking over an open flame and it was important to have all of this close at hand, but the anti-fire equipment could be better camouflaged. We could also see boxes of plastic containers lined up along a glass window next to the dining area. They served water from what looked like a child’s plastic water bottle with worn off stickers, but the worst part of this is that the spout area had little black spots of mold growing around it. The restrooms were not very clean either. The food we ordered was mostly disappointing. The ramen ($10) was $2 packaged ramen from a grocery store with a meager handful of onions, green onions, mushrooms, and brisket thrown in. The only reason that I ever order ramen at a restaurant is because of the incredible broth and fresh noodles - I can make great packaged ramen at home. The teriyaki chicken was in a spicy red sauce and seemed to be a Korean-style version of the dish. The only dish we ordered that we were happy with was the seafood pancake ($17), which had scallions, octopus, and small shrimp in an egg-based batter. While we really appreciated the service, we don’t plan to return.

I didn’t understand the concept at first, but my son chose this location for his birthday and took care of everything! We saw men sitting alone having their feast and I thought it would be too much food for me, but shared with 5 worked out great! Plates on the grill get changed out frequently from the char of cooking. I thought I could get away with a Bento box, but everyone at the table has to participate in the all you can eat. The sides were delicious

It has been a while since the last time we visited so here we are and it didn’t disappoint. Today the family and I were craving Korean bbq and since we wanted to have good tasting sides we came to K bbq ( not to mention all the options we have for desserts in this area). The service was great our server was on track the whole meal. For appetizers we had the French fries ( my son loves those), Mandu and japchae. For the meal we had chadol, galbi tang and the spicy beef chadol, all of those were delicious. Of course we had the sides and salad. I really like the rice too, it’s clean and flavorful. Great job K bbq always on point!

We called the restaurant a few weeks in advance to reserve tables for a large group to celebrate my birthday. I assumed they'd just seat us together in their dining hall so I did not expect for my party to be accommodated into one of their more private rooms and that right there made the experience so much more special! The food was delicious and our server was very attentive and respectful. Everyone in my party loved the experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you, KBBQ for making my birthday special!!

My family and I had a wonderful time eating Korean BBQ. We got so full after 4 rounds of meat. The service was exceptional. Our server Jennifer was kind and took care of us the whole night. She was very attentive. We were already eating before I realized I needed to take photos. Again it's a wonderful place to eat at. We would a 1,000 percent recommend. Thank you for the wonderful time.

FOOD POISONING! I ate there last night. I was nauseous on the drive home. Woke up in the middle of the night with stomach cramps and diarrhea. And, have been nauseous all day today. I called them to let them know, and offered them the opportunity to refund my money and avoid this review. They were extremely rude. The restaurant is very dirty and run down. The menus are gross, tattered, and dirty. The utensils were dirty. This place is not well cleaned or managed. We ordered the most expensive dinning option to try the better meat options. They are obviously using low quality products. All meat brought to our table was frozen solid when put on the table. Not necessarily the cause of food borne illness. But, certainly not fresh. And, what they claim to be ribeye, prime rib, are definitely not those cuts. I strongly suggest you avoid this restaurant! Don't get sick like I did.. and, paid $180 for it. Horrible and Gross!

First time ever going to this place and it was amazing! My sister suggested it to my mom and I. So we went we to experience it for my sister's birthday. The atmosphere was family friendly. The servers and staff were very attentive, they helped us out with food suggestions. The spicy beef bulgogi was our favorite but we also liked the thinly sliced pork belly. And you have good amount of choices for sides. Definitely will be going back again. It's a must try experience.
