BiBiMix

FREAKING LOVE IT! I have been to Bibimix so many times, the food is delicious. While they do not have that large of a variety, the food they have is absolutely succulent! Please go you will not regret it. I have long been a fan of their chicken kimbap and honey soy boneless chicken. These are my absolute favorites. The place has a few self serve side dishes which are also quite tasty. Staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is pretty chill. Will be going back regularly!!!

The best taste to price ratio in the DC area. Not sure what happened but their food just got so good! i’m from korea and this place reminds me of home low key i come here almost biweekly to fill the craving

This is probably the best Korean like restaurants in Arlington where basically there’s barely any that offers authentic Korean food. I am Korean as you can tell by my name - I strongly recommend this place to try out And the tall white male server he is very kind and respectful with owner (Korean ssajang nim) is very polite and actually cooks behind. Love to come here as local every week now. Must try

I really wanted to like this place… I love Korean food & this one just didn’t hit like it should. For overall rating, I’d give it a 2/5. The flavor was underwhelming for the wings and the crisp wasn’t there like Korean fried chicken. It was hard batter… crunchy. It wasn’t the perfect kind of crisp. It’s like a 2/5. The Bibimbap was eh… their gochujang wasn’t good, the entirety of the dish was lacking taste… 1/5. Everything else really was about the same. My only glow about this place would have to be that they do have self service water, sides/banchan (kimchi, daikon, broccoli) and miso soup (or something like that…)

I have been wanting to go to BiBiMix for a while and finally I got to try it! I had the silken tofu with pork and I have to say it was so delicious! The restaurant is also very cute and you can serve yourself kimchi and miso soup for dine in. I will definitely be back!

The last time I got Bibimix, which was 2 years ago, it was really good. However the most recent time we ordered it, it was disappointing. In the bibimbap, the egg had blue specs on it (see picture). Nothing else in the bowl was blue to cause it to be like that. The rice in the kimbap was dry and the chicken karaage just tasted like American chicken nuggets with a plain flavored batter/seasoning. Really hoping they improve.

The food was really good, the guy in the front he’s really nice I really enjoyed I’m not a fan of tufo but it was so good that I didn’t even feel the tofu there
