Great food and service. Don't let the area fool you. The gentleman serving us was excellent. The food came out fast. Banchan was great. The seafood pancake really caught me off guard on how good it was. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

My first time having authentic Korean food! The waitress was very helpful in helping me pick out something I would like. All the side were great (some better that others) but that is my tastes. Overall I think it’s a great idea to come here!

Very good restaurant! Tastes better than most small korean restaurants in Chicago area. Would recommend it to friends. But mind to call before you go because they sometimes close early when not busy.

Seolleong Tang is the best here. It is a Korean bone broth soup. It comes very bland with some thinly sliced, cooked beef and some rice noodles, but it is mainly about the broth. You will need salt and the spicy pepper paste. I add the juices from the fermented radish side dish (pictures below). Try this dish, it's delicious. Many side dishes come with the order and a bowl of rice.

We were surprised by the very dark strip mall where this restaurant is located but we came here for the first time today! Tables are well socially distanced! Server is super nice. The food was amazing! We got the spicy squid dolsot rice & gamjatang & kimchi pancake. All three—especially the gamjatang— were all really delicious. They all tasted like great home-made Korean food!! You get great value. Pretty big portions for reasonable price! The kimchi pancake was great but the serve came with a complimentary donkatsu (fried pork cutlet) dish saying the chef felt like the kimchi pancake wasn’t as good as it usually is. Really hospitable and excellent food! This will be our go to Korean restaurant!
