We normally eat regular Knife-cut Noodle but tried Hot Stone Bibimbab and Knife-cut Noodle in Anchovy Broth. The food was good and the service was excellent.
This place is sooo good! We ordered the spicy noodle, which I think is number 12 on the menu, the pork and shrimp pork shrimp, and the beef galbi. We’ll definitely keep ordering these on future visits because they balance carbs and protein—there are lots of noodles but almost no protein besides half an egg. So if you’re a gym guy like me, that’s something to consider. One thing I want to call out is the kimchi—it’s sooooo fireeee! My family, who visited South Korea, said this kimchi is almost as good as the original kimchi there. Plus, this place isn’t crowded yet, unlike many other restaurants, so we didn’t have to wait. The price is also very affordable, around $20–30 per person.
As a Korean I have a tip: When you sit down and right away they bring out this type of red saucy kimchi? You’ve come to the right place. Mad good kalguksoo and dumplings.
I had a pleasure to eat it as much as it used to spare the ingredients, and I had a lot of good taste, and I was disappointed in bad materials when I had been in a few days. Don't spare the ingredients.
We came here for the first time!! It was a good Korean restaurant in the area! We got handful of orders and they were all delicious! Bibimpap, cold noodles, Korean noodles and unlimited amount of delicious kimchi! We had a delightful time for sure! Love to be back here again! Keep up with the good work! Cheers 🥂
Portions are big. Go with 4 or more people to get more variety. Chicken kalguksu was comforting. Broth could have been hotter. Pan fried dumplings were good but nothing unfamiliar. White kimchi and red kimchi are excellent! Red kimchi is garlicky and funky(a great thing)
A Korean knife-cut noodle chain with great portions. The star, knife-cut noodles, are best displayed in the bibim-kalguksu. These mixed cold noodles are spicy, rich in fishy, fermented, garlic flavor and have a hint of sesame. The steamed pork and shrimp dumplings are also amazing. They have a springy texture, thin skin, and a nice bite. The fried mandu were great with a flavorful chive and pork flavor. They are also nice in the mandu-guk, which can come with perfectly chewy and thin tteok (rice cakes). The soup base that comes with the previous dish and kalguksu, however, could be better. There is not enough umami or deep flavor. Although, the ground chicken topping option is tender and well seasoned. The complimentary kimchi is generous, but the flavor was not exactly to our liking. Overall, there is a lot of variety offered here, especially if you're looking for satisfying and comforting Korean food.
