Hanmaru Gamjatang

We ordered the large Mala Gamjatang and the Seafood Pancake. The Seafood Pancake was chewy and crisp and yummy! The Mala Gamjatang meat was really delicious but overall the soup lacked some flavor I would say. Definitely good for a cold night!

We tried their new menu and drinks. Ordered diy rice balls and makguksoo+kimball combo with a side of scallion salad (extra charge). Highly recommend this combo! They also have new drinks and we liked the green apple-ade!

My first time trying Korean food, and what a feast it was. The broth with the pork spine was amazing, the pork was juicy and tender and the broth rich and salty. The seafood pancakes are now one of my favourite things ever: they were incredible. The meat was tender and juicy. Service was quick, and the meal was quite cheap considered all we ate.

I LOVE IT!!! The food and the special dish gamjatang is sooo yummy. Marvin and Isaac were so kind and the service was so good. I’m gonna come back a lot of times

We ordered spicy jokbal with corn cheese and soft tofu stew (soondubu) Food was really great and our server was very nice!! Four side dishes were great too. Will visit next time for sure!!!

The food was awesome!! Personally my favorite Korean restaurant in Boston; wished that I had tried Hanmaru earlier; would definitely go back. The seafood pancake was phenomenal! The service was good too; didn’t rush us at all. Overall very good experience!

We have been coming to this restaurant for many years, and the pork bone soup is our favorite. This time, we tried the grilled squid, curry rice, and the seafood scallion pancake, all of which were very delicious. The service was also very good, making us feel very warm in the winter.
