P.F. Chang's

It was our first time at a PF Changs, and it was all very fresh and so yummy! We arrived before the dinner rush and were seated immediately. Our server, Pam, was very friendly and took very good care of us. She answered all of our questions and everything she recommended was delicious! We had the pork eggrolls as an appetizer, along with the Kung Pao chicken, beef and broccoli, and the sesame chicken. So fresh and filling! We will definitely be back!

Food isn’t worth the price nor nonchalant attitude I received from Shelby. Ordered take out for the lunch special and also paid $3 for extra chicken, very mid, not fresh at all nor do I see extra chicken. The best thing was the reheated eggroll. I was excited to come here as a first timer but this was a reminder to stay in my lane. Will not be returning.

Our barmaid was absolutely on point. Very kind and sweet. Wish I could remember her name but she alone gets 5 stars. Other customers weren't very friendly kinda snooty in my personal opinion. Place was very clean nicely decorated but, the food was awful. I got the Mongolian beef with lo mein noodle. the noodles were kinda starchy and clumped together. The beef if that's even what I was served might as well have been beefy jerky. It was so hard and dry very disappointed. On a side note the beers were perfect

Our server Pam was excellent. I took all of her recommendations and I loved it all, especially the espresso martini. Shelby the manager walked by our table to make sure that we were well taken care of. Love love!!

Four of us were there yesterday…Dec. 21. Chris was our waiter. He was a great waiter. He answered all our questions and he had a great personality. He was very efficient and all I can do is give him five stars and lots of A+’s. The food was fantastic. We were all very happy with the food. The only problem is we live on the west side of Cleveland and there are no P.F. Chang’s on that side of town. We sincerely hope they will build one there very soon!!!!! Thank you Chris😃😃😃

This is a Chinese restaurant attached to Summit Mall. We offered the lunch special which included an appetizer, entree, and choice of rice. The size of the portion was smaller than a regular portion but definitely large enough to fill up most people. One person in our party purchased the regular entree. He ended up taking almost half home for later. Our server was attentive and kept checking back on us.

I have visited several P.F. Chang’s. This one is by far the best. The food was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the service given by our server, Blayne, was completely outstanding. My daughter placed her order and was not completely satisfied with the taste of her choice. Blayne worked with her to choose an additional sauce that was able to provide her the taste experience she was anticipating. Blayne checked on our table constantly to make sure that we had everything we wanted and needed. He had an uncanny knack for anticipating our every wish for our dining enjoyment. When I return to this P.F. Chang’s location in Akron, Ohio, I will definitely be asking for the same server. Thank you, Blayne, for making the day extremely enjoyable.
