Chef Jen was awesome! She was very informative and hands-on with each step and also gave us great cooking tips. Loved how knowledgeable she was for each ingredient, cooking tools and technique. The ‘Italian Faves’ was SOOO good and my husband and I are definitely recreating the whole meal at home!

I stopped by this kitchen supply store when I was at the Village with my wife and she was shopping at the store next door. Since she took awhile, I came inside this store to look around with our baby. They have a lot of kitchen items here and some were even on sale for the holiday season. I saw some nice iron skillet pans and with the sale, the prices were reasonable. I also saw they have a little room in the back for cooking classes so I might come back and try attending one of their session. This store also have some nice cooking knife sets as well.

Such a delicious and fun experience! Yes, we actually prepared a whole ‘French Supper’! Chef Jen is excellent and a skilled instructor. I learned so much. Thank you Jen!

Chef Jen guided we four would-be French Supper connoisseurs through an incredibly easy process of producing a tender chicken gratin thigh main course, flavorful rice pilaf, sweet and crunchy apple and celery root salad. The magnificent chocolat pots of crème dessert was the piece de resistance!

We literally had a personal class, my sweetie & I with chef Zach….we did the French menu- tarragon chicken, roasted veggies, and herbs de province fluffed rice. Zach was fun, gave us good suggestions & tips, taught me how to debone a cooked chicken thigh and still keep with a beautiful presentation, I loved sharing the cooking experience with my sweetheart and the final product and taste was exception! Thank you, Zach, we shall return for another adventure!
