Khoo Restaurant

I love this resturant's crab rangoons. Today I tried the Georgetown spicy wings. They were good but not spicy. For an up-charge you can get your cut of choice. I'm team "flats" so that made me happy. I washed it all down with a green jolly rancher. Very tasty.

Been to Khoo twice. First time was for dinner with hubby. We were in the area running errands and I wanted to go to a place that had poke bowls on the menu. Khoo offered a build your own bowl which did not disappoint. Hubby ordered General tzos chicken which ge orders every time we go out for Chinese food and he had no complaints. The second time I went to Khoo was for lunch. My son and I were in the area shopping for supplies for his first year away for college 😭. I was in the mood for sushi which I saw on the menu the first time. The lunch specials (order before 3) are a great deal with a lot of food. I had a sushi combo (4 combos to choose from) and a small bowl of curry soup. My son ordered a Pad Thai with beef lunch combo. It is a lot of food for under $10 and he had no complaints. I forgot to take photos of our lunch. Service was quick and pleasant both visits. Dinner was a busy restaurant. Lunch we could hear a lot of take of orders being made.

Just happened to find this spot last minute as I searched Google maps for poke bowls and I’m so glad we stopped in. We ordered the build your own poke bowls and they were so delicious. Really fresh and great portion size. The food came out on time and the staff were all friendly. Can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu!

My wife and I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be one of the worst we have encountered. Food Quality Concern Upon receiving our order of wings, we immediately noticed a distinct "off" or bad taste. We discreetly informed our server of the issue so the kitchen could investigate the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Unacceptable Managerial Response Our primary disappointment, however, stems from the response of the manager. When she came to our table, she was immediately defensive, rude, and dismissive of our concerns. To be clear, we were not looking for a refund or a complimentary item. Our intent was solely to provide constructive feedback, giving the restaurant an opportunity to address a potential quality control issue so that it would not affect future patrons. The manager's ignorant and unprofessional demeanor completely overshadowed any chance of resolving the issue and left us feeling unheard and disrespected. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, not just regarding the quality of the food, but more importantly, regarding the essential need for customer service training for their leadership staff.

Khoo Restaurant is a hidden gem. While you might not think to venture to West Warwick for sushi given all the sushi/seafood places we have to offer in the ocean state, Khoo is one of my favorite restaurants to go to for sushi. It’s always so fresh and tasty with a great variety on the menu and wonderful customer service. The whole staff is friendly and very accommodating and the wait time for food is often very quick. While my favorite menu item is the Tuna Crunch Roll with the sweet potato roll, everything else I have tried has been delicious as well, including their build your own poke bowl, dumplings and soups. I enjoyed their beef with broccoli dinner combo as well. Highly recommend checking Khoo out! Their service, quality of food and price points are all great!

I called to order a combination meal with no bean sprouts due to my bean sprout allergy. The young lady that answered told me I have to order something different because they don’t substitute on the combination platter. I only asked to not have bean sprouts and even offered to pay an up charge to just have fried rice no bean sprouts on the combination platter. I then went to the restaurant and the manager tells me she’s unsure if bean sprouts are in the rice she can check but the food is already made. That surprised me. No level of accommodating my allergy which I offered to pay an up charge for along with food made before you even order just sit well with me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very pleasing atmosphere and very friendly employees. Artsy fish tank and nice seating options! The food I ordered was delicious, and their sushi menu makes all sushi lovers hearts beat! They deliver free of charge within a 4 mile radius. I will certainly be ordering there again!
