This school just holds the promise of a upper-level university. Definitely a research school, but unfortunately it's situated in Seattle. Seattle, like Portland and San Francisco/LA have a very high homeless population that they allow to set up camps near schools, hospitals, and businesses. It's better to take online classes here.
What can I say about this beautiful and fantastic university? Perfect You have to walk across the campus to see how beautiful, green, ancient, and engaging the uni campus offers students, faculty, and staff. There are many attractive places to visit on the campus, depending on how far you want to go and what you want to see. I enjoyed my time here when walking across the campus and seeing all the school activities and students chatting. My critical advice here is to take your time to enjoy the campus’s beauty under the sunshine of summer
Beautiful, well-kept campus. The cherry blossoms are spectacular. There is a lot of interesting architecture. We enjoyed the museum as well.
The University of Washington, centered at 1410 NE Campus Pkwy, is consistently portrayed in my Pacific Northwest circles as a formidable titan of research and innovation, where the iconic cherry blossoms of the Quad frame a legacy of world-class breakthroughs in medicine and computer science. From numerous detailed discussions with local tech leaders and proud alumni, it is merytorically clear that "the U" provides a substantive, high-caliber environment that my acquaintances frequently celebrate for its unique ability to bridge the gap between rigorous academic theory and the thriving global industries of Seattle. It is truly heartening to observe how the institution maintains such a transparent and respectful dedication to public service and sustainability, qualities that the broader community recognizes as the fundamental pillars of its status as a premier global research hub. Many people I know personally highlight the university’s sophisticated synthesis of historic architectural grandeur and cutting-edge laboratory facilities as a distinguished hallmark of intellectual excellence, proving that the campus is as inspiring as it is academically demanding. Ultimately, in the collective view of informed citizens, UW stands as a vital and forward-thinking cornerstone of the state, rightfully respected for its elegant ability to cultivate a new generation of visionaries who are both technically brilliant and deeply rooted in the community.
The University boasts an impressive (and large) campus. The buildings are well maintained, and the campus is very clean and pleasant. There are many communal areas, and plenty of different study spaces. Overall great learning environment.
The University of Washington is one of the best Universities around. I did not attend the school but have gone there to listen to lectures on how to become a Physician Assistant (PA). I also attended the Washington Motorcycle Safety Training on the campus parking lot. The university is huge and beautiful! The university has a nice stadium on the southeast corner of the campus. In addition, the Liberal Arts Quadrangle, better known as the Quad, is my favorite place to visit at the University. There are beautiful tall buildings there surrounding Cherry Blossoms trees. What else? Peaceful, beautiful scenery of the students walking. I love the University of Washington.
Amazing campus. The buildings are like ancient castles in the middle era of Europe. The natural environment is also awesome, you can see squirrels and rabbits everywhere. And the most amazing view should be Mt.Ranier vista. Love it.
