We went to the ginseng chicken soup class and had an amazing experience. Not only was the food delicious, but Dr. Kay shared so much knowledge on the benefits of each ingredient and the ideals of Korean cooking. Such a fun and informational experience. I highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I went to the kimchi making class this evening for a surprise birthday gift. Dr Kay Park made our evening extra special with her hospitality and infectious passion for food. Was really neat to walk through the full process of creating Seoul-style Napa cabbage kimchi with someone so experienced- and I’m really looking forward to trying it once it ferments a bit. Great energy, great food (kimchi pancakes we made were amazing!), and great people. Give this small business some love, y’all! We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and are definitely going to check out some of their other courses!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! 10/5⭐️ We’ve now taken two classes with Dr. Kay, the Kimbap class and the Japchae glass noodle class and both experiences have been truly incredible. Each class is warm, welcoming, and so thoughtfully taught. You can feel the care and intention behind everything she does. Dr. Kay creates such a comfortable, joyful environment that makes you feel at home right away. These classes are not only educational but genuinely nourishing for both the body and soul. I can’t recommend them enough and will absolutely be back for more! Thank you Dr. Kay!!!❤️🙌🏽🤩

I had such a great time at this cooking class! It was incredibly fun, hands-on, and perfect for anyone who enjoys learning new recipes in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. One of the highlights was getting to cook with fresh, organic ingredients — you could really taste the difference in the final dishes. Everything we made was absolutely delicious, and best of all, we got to bring our creations home to enjoy later. I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique experience, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned home cook. Great vibes, great food, and great company!

We took the traditional kimchi making class with Dr. Park. She was very informative, patient, and very hands on with the teaching especially for us, first timers making kimchi. Learned not only how to make kimchi but the history and health benefits of Korean food and culture. It was very welcoming and homey, she made the experience very easy and showed us it's not hard to make kimchi and confident to recreate it at home. Also learned how to make kimchi pancake, which was so delicious. For anyone looking for an engaging and informative cultural experience in Seattle, I highly recommend this class. Looking forward to taking other classes that is offered.

My partner and I had an amazing time learning not only how to roll Kimbap but also we learned some more about the Korean culture. The instructor, Hyoungyon, was incredibly patient and kind. The host, Dion, was also very hospitable. Id recommend NaNoom to anyone looking for a date night, team building activity, or just for fun! We also left with some food which is always a plus. Thanks NaNoom!
