My husband and I really enjoyed the newborn care class! It was incredibly informative but the information was presented in a fun and engaging way. We are really glad we signed up and feel much more prepared for the early days with our first baby.

Amazing store and amazing classes offered! Me and my husband did Newborn care 101 and Introduction to breastfeeding and we absolutely loved it. Corkey is the best, so highly recommend looking for classes that she is teaching. Staff is very prepared 🩵 Also I highly recommend purchasing your car seat/stroller wirh them because you get free installation and instructions from Adam, he is the expert on it! Made me feel very prepared and knowledgeable on how a car seat should be safely installed 🙂

A wonderful place to test out strollers in the real world and kind experienced staff to help you. The staff here lets you try pushing strollers around outside! Real world testing! Unlike other baby stores with young inexperienced staff, the staff here are experienced with their own kids

I wish I acctually visited pump station in the shopping phase of pregnancy, they are soooo well stocked! Adam also helped to recheck my car seat installation and find a few minor errors I am so happy he was able to fix. I also love the mommy and me classes upstairs. It’s definitely worth it to join and meet other mamas

Incredible baby store! They had an amazing selection of strollers and car seats. We had so much trouble trying to select a stroller online so we decided to come here and check them out in person. Adam was super knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us going over all the car seat options on the Nuna stroller and showing us all the features of the stroller. My boyfriend and I are going to be first time parents and we had a lot of questions. Adam was very patient and took the time to show us every feature of the Nuna Mixx Next stroller. The customer service at this store is leaps and bounds ahead of another baby store right down the street. Once you purchase a stroller or car seat from this store they show you how to set up your new product and install in your vehicle. Great people and great products!

We’re so grateful to have The Pump Station as a resource to prepare for our first baby! We took the Baby Care 101 class and Breastfeeding class with Corky, and also had a guided car seat installation with Adam— all were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them to any new parents!

The staff is so friendly, and genuinely caring — it’s clear they really want to help and make sure you're satisfied. I don't receive this level of personalized service anywhere else, and it truly sets buying from a family owned business vs big business apart.
