I just wanted thank Brandon, who works for Premium Retail Services in the Electronic Department. He is highly qualified at fixing issues with your phone, IT savvy, excellent customer service, and goes above and beyond to assist his clients and very knowledgeable in explaining a break down of what ever item you are purchasing, or how to navigate many electronics. Thank you again Brandon for all your efforts.
Zero stars if it were an option. Rude staff, unhelpful, and false advertisement. Does not follow policy. Store hours are incorrect. We watched the manager lock the doors tonight 12 minutes early, and we only needed one item that we drove there for after checking store hours. We weren't even acknowledged as she walked by. Gave it a second try the next day and purchased Christmas items that were clearly advertised 75% off. They rang up the wrong price. Went to customer service right after, and was helped by Fabiola and another associate. She told me that prices are automatically discounted and they can't override, and also would not allow me to return, even though it was falsely advertised. She was very rude and blunt. No customer service skills at all, and then spoke about me to another member in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me it was her and Brian, who also walked off and didn't assist. Also when mentioned it was 75% off, they were unable to do math correctly. Each item was originally a different price and all rang up the same. "We can't override." Do better for your customers.
I live in Los Lunas, I've gone to Belen Walmart, Los Lunas, Walmart, Albuquerque superstore. I travel internationally, and I've been looking for a specific items, I've been to specialty travel stores, but I must admit for international, goodies the Santa Fe Walmart store truly rocks,! I found luggage tags, with braided metal attachments to luggage, that cannot be ripped off, I found a travel safe, I found packing cubes, and a number of other items that I could find. Nowhere in 100 mile radius, of the Santa Fe store, I sent a note to a friend. They said where are you? I said well I went North to have lunch, nearly 100 mi in One direction, and now I'm doing international shopping, at the Walmart on Cerriois Rd. The Walmart is relatively small, but I found it to stock. The things, that is sophisticated consumer might enjoy, nowhere else could I find them in the last 3 years of searching,
I'd say to expect the typical non-supercenter Walmart experience for the most part. On the other hand, I do often come here to pick up groceries that I order through the app and the experience is sometimes a mixed bag, but usually not terrible. My biggest complaint is that I usually get some of the worse picked vegetables whenever order online. Otherwise, the orders are always on time if not early for my pick up time window, so I have no complaints there.
I hate Walmart!!! Because I always end up spending more than I planned on. Mostly because you'll always see something you could use or can't live without. At a great price to boot. So damn that Walmart place...
In the last month alone I have visited Walmart on multiple occasions. In this particular viset I found my self trying to make my way to the dog food aisle but was blocked by a group of young males employes congergating in front the tolitpaper and paper towel aisle hiding behind a crate of unpacked merchandise few were on their phone while others were playing with a long banana beanbag toy holding near their crotch area swinging it around and hitting each other with it or making a humping motion. Not only did I feel uncomfortable with their inappropriate jocking Jesters towards each other they did not move out of the way until I was with in there vicinity. Their were mabe five young males in this group. On another viset to Walmart the week prior I was attempting to gain access to the crafting and school supply area but was blocked by unpack merchandise. When I managed to gain access to to the school supply aisle I was meant with two employees making out in the middle of the aisle. On another visit this month I looking for assistance to reach an item on a tall shelf in the nome area and could not locate an employee to help. When I gabe ip and went to checkout I noticed 6 young boy on their phones located by the door they pull the carts in. I don't know the working dynamics of Walmart employes however I habe noticed many of their younger employes crowing on their phones more often in different areas of this store and even in the parking lot when slowly collecting carts. As a fellow young adults I am disgusted that this new working generation has disrespect forthwmselves as they show a lack of customer service a lack of respect and a lack of professionalism my usraly i would look the other way as complaint dose noting but after tonight's experience with the group of boys using a TOY BANANA to simbalise a body part and do suggested movement with their hips in front of customers is appalling for me as a customer and as a young female woman between 20-30 having to witness it. Walmart has gone so far into trashy its not even funny anymore. Serial action done to people in public is no Joke and show thay the young generation has no empathy for those who have had those acts done to them without permission. I my self was a victim of suggestive acts in the work place a few years back and having to see this whem showing for my families dinner and my pets food is horrendous and reminds me that most people treat what I and other women and men have gone through regarding sexual harassment as a joke.
Every thing was great, till I drove home to El Paso and tried my new vest on and it had the theft plastic thing still attached to it. Luckily I still has my receipt, took it to the store in El Paso and the girl at the counter has trouble taking it off because she did not have e the right tool, finally was able to remove it, why did it not go off when I left the store, it went off when I entered the store by my house.
