I came in for a trim, and I was sat with Jade G. She was SO amazing!! She was very helpful and detailed while walking me through the steps of what she was doing with my hair. My hair feels so soft and healthy! She also answered all of my questions about hair and didn’t make me feel silly! She created an amazing environment. I will be coming back!

Jessica is a wonderful technician she does excellent work on nails and hair if you need a job done go talk to Jessica she will get the job done.The front desk receptionist Jessica is such and amazing person. Very polite, respectful, and outstanding customer service... The experience we had with her is why we will be returning back.... We felt welcome and she was very helpful.. She is definitely a keeper

I went to get a trim and got sat with Skylar P. She was hands down amazing. She was incredibly gentle which is a plus because I’m incredibly tender headed. We also had a nice little chat while she worked on my hair. I am very pleased with the results and the overall service.

So happy with my hair!! My cosmetologist Alicia was patient, friendly, and very professional. I've never had a "hair lady", but i do now! I will continue to see Alicia and am so impressed with Total Transformation Institute. The instructor Patricia was also extremely friendly and gave great guidance throughout the process.

I went in to get my hair colored and a roller set and the student who took me was actually really experienced, She’s about to graduate I think. she said she specializes in color so I was glad to be paired with her, but one of the instructors was making it very difficult for her to work with my hair. First of all I’m black, I have 4c textured hair. The girl who was working with me was also black. The lady who kept trying to tell her what to do with my hair was not black and did not know what she was doing. My color ended up not showing up because the instructor wouldn’t let my student use the developer she wanted and then I also picked out perm rods instead of the blowout rollers because I know that they work better for my hair, but then there was a whole thing with the instructor going back-and-forth with my student AND me about why I should just use the roller set, but we ended up taking them out and using perm rods, so it took a little longer than it should’ve . they also informed me that the instructor that was arguing with my student about what color to use on my hair wasn’t even the color specialist so It was kind of frustrating for me as well as the student I’m sure. It ended up being only $30 I think they discounted the price cause I didn’t get the color that I wanted, but I will be going back to see my student personally because I believe she could’ve did a good job if the instructor wasn’t in her ear so much

Alicia gave me my dream blonde!!! I went in for a root touch up after my first partial highlight session a few months ago, and Alicia had the brilliant idea & passion to give me full highlights & brighten my blonde multiple shades - and had the best, most supportive attitude the whole time! The price was also INCREDIBLE for how happy I am with my hair! Thank you so much to the TTI Team & Alicia! I'll be coming back soon!
