Music Studio Jin

There are 3 karaoke spots in this plaza. Jin is one of my favorites because the sound system makes you feel like a pro. They have an echo and lots of new, international, and classic songs to choose from. It’s a smaller karaoke studio so make sure you call to see if there are rooms open. They sell small convenient food and drinks and even have a menu from the other karaoke spot; dokdo. Definitely a place to come and hang out with your friends.

Honestly, this place sucks. Don’t come here. The lady was rude for no reason. You’re better off going across the street to the other karaoke place 😂

Friendly staff clean rooms. The karaoke machine was all in Korean so be aware, however there was good song selection. There is also a $10 outside food fee and some rooms open at 6 and others open at 7 I would recommend calling ahead to get a room. Overall I would go back, as long as I had a Korean speaking friend.

First time visiting this place last night and my friends and I had a blast!!! They have a huge catalogue of songs and you can bring your own drinks/food. What more could you want? I highly recommend.

Awful audio. When we asked for help, we just get back answers that they can’t help with anything. Used to come here when i was in college and enjoyed it. Looks like ownership changed and it’s no longer the same.

Recently went here for a birthday celebration which ended up being a blast! Sadly I had to rate low though due to the miscommunication from the beginning. We called a week in advance! Mind you the person who picked up on the phone stated that they had us book 7pm from when they open till 10pm we asked several times if it was confirmed and booked till that time. The person said they booked us down and that when we arrived there would be no confusion nor any problems. Day of when we arrived it was busy but person at the front desk greeted us and went over the room we'd be place but the time was incorrect! They stated we're 7pm-9pm that another party had booked it after us. What I don't understand is instead of calling us back for an update on the change that occured you waited for the party of 25plus to come in and just say"Oh sorry we don't have you till 10pm but for two hours." I work customer service and I decided on this place because of recommendation but it's upsetting that the staff couldn't even accommodate! For the mistake in which they caused, for what more money??? In which we would have given if the agreement of the time frame stayed the same. Though typical you plan to book for about group when we called first in advance, that's unacceptable and bad call on business. On top of that we were told we be charged $190.00 for the two hours since we lost an hour and $30 which was max for bringing our own food. They stated if we clean up they may even discount the fee, person at the front said all this yet none of it remained true. Tell me why we paid extra $30 that came up to $220? No one explained why the extra fee was charged but I'm assuming it was because the other party was waiting but if we cleaned up left no mess and we're rushed to leave because you as a company decided to double book! Whose fault is it truly?! Not to mention everyone is aware how terrible the parking is at this location. Would I recommend this place to friends probably not. I've been to other karaoke places that are well kept more so than this establishment. So be mindful of what you're being charged and make sure it's written on paper all details. As they may change things on you last min. Such a shame cause I usually always give people a chance to redeem themselves but gotta keep it REAL 👌

This place was super fun. It takes a little bit to get the hang of it because all the equipment is not in English but it still works pretty well. The music selection is limited but there's plenty of fun stuff to sing along to. They are pretty flexible in bringing your own refreshments which is super cool and you can have a good time with a group of friends.
