Curtis Sells Martial Arts

Mr. Sells is actually my stepfather and I trained under him since I was 5 years old. He has been teaching my entire life and even before I was born over 47 years of experience. You're children will learn a lot more than just martial arts. He offers a free week for new students. Your kids will not only learn self defense but have fun doing it. He will treat you and your family with respect and if you talk to him either on the phone or in person you will know right away that you're in the right place.

We enrolled our 4 yr old son in tae kwon do with Mr Sells and we have been so happy with the experience. Mr Sells has become an incredible mentor for him. Not only does he teach our son karate skills, he also teaches many great life lessons. After our first trial class, we knew right away we wanted to sign up. I’ve seen so much improvement in my son’s skills in the last year. I appreciate Mr Sells’ kindness, patience, and dedication to his students. Highly recommend!!

Mr.Sells is a great instructor for all ages, he has such a great way of teaching young children in a way they will understand and retain that information. Not only is he patient with the children but he also teaches them things outside of martial arts like discipline and respect. Would recommend to any parent interested, another plus is he allows a one week trial period so the child can get a feel on whether or not martial arts may be for them My daughter loves going and looks forward to it every week

My 15 year old daughter has been attending classes 2 days a week for over a year. Mr. Sells is an excellent instructor in teaching martial arts and also teaching self discipline and respect for the other class mates. His rates are more than fair with a freedom to select days and hours of classes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were looking for an extracurricular activity for our two boys (ages 9 and 6) but were having trouble finding something that they really took to. They don't do well with someone yelling in their face and they're not big on sports. After asking around, we were recommended Mr. Sells Martial Arts. It's so nice that he offers a free, no commitment, one week trial to really see if the kid(s) enjoy the classes. After a week, our boys were hooked and look forward to attending every afternoon. Mr. Sells is so patient and knows his stuff. All the kids respect him and you can tell they all WANT to be there, they're not forced to be there. Mr. Sells will teach your child all things karate, but also sprinkles in some valuable life lessons with each class. None of that toxic masculinity stuff! Pricing is reasonable especially for how flexible the time/classes are. There's always going to be a class that fits your schedule and he doesn't make you feel bad if you miss one. I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone, but even more so if you have a timid/introverted kiddo. Try to get there a little early if you have questions, or leave a message via phone, because classes start timely and he is busy with the kids once 3pm hits.
