Wonderful Language Education Experience! I am extremely satisfied with Excel English Institute and its entire team! Although I started classes from scratch, thanks to the teachers' attentive and professional approach, I have significantly improved my English level in a short time. The office staff and management are quick to respond to all questions and issues with prompt communication and solutions, and they continue to provide support with guidance and extra reinforcement. I just want to pay my gratitude to all my teachers, friends and management. The institute facilities are nice and modern. I am having the Business English here with Ms Theresa and she is the best teacher that I have ever had. The environment here is fresh and staff are very friendly and helpful too. Would recommend you here.

Mr. Bravo Park is a knowledgeable and dedicated instructor. He explains the material clearly and maintains high academic standards. He is always respectful to students and expects the same in return. Although some students do not always comply with his classroom rules or take the course requirements seriously, he continues to create a productive learning environment for the rest of the class. Overall, he is a committed educator who genuinely cares about student success. By the way, the school feels like a second home. The teachers truly care, the environment is welcoming, and students are motivated to do their best. A wonderful place to learn and grow.

As a student attending evening classes, I would like to share my experience. For people who work during the day, the intensive homework load and frequent exams applied by this school significantly reduce learning motivation. Constant pressure to complete assignments and prepare for exams creates mental confusion rather than making language learning easier. The teaching methods are quite superficial. Topics are not explained in a deep or satisfying way. It is completely normal for people who are in the process of learning a language to ask questions about things they do not understand. However, I find that some teachers display a condescending and arrogant attitude when faced with such questions. Not receiving enough explanation or not being able to get clear answers does not make students stupid. The school claims to be understanding, but in practice this understanding is hard to feel. Instead, there is an artificial sense of friendliness. The conditions of working students, learning psychology, and motivation should be taken much more seriously. In its current form, the system serves an endless cycle of homework and exams rather than real learning.

joined Excel English Institute to maintain my F1 status, and at first, I was a bit nervous about what the environment would be like and who I would meet. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming professors and friendly classmates who came to study English there. We practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and the lessons are both engaging and effective. The institute offers TOEFL preparation as well as basic and advanced English classes that have really helped me improve. I’m truly enjoying the time I’ve spent here and appreciate the warm, supportive atmosphere that makes learning so enjoyable.

I’ve had such a great experience at ESL of Richardson! The teachers are very kind, patient, and always ready to help. The classes are interesting and easy to follow, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my English, especially in speaking and writing. The environment is very friendly, and I always feel comfortable asking questions.
