I love to go to massage most of my life and I came to this place once last 2025 and the woman who did the massage for me was amazing. Yesterday Jan 28,2026 around 5pm, I came without an appointment and they gave me another woman ( i didnt ask her name) and it was a horrible experience. People come for a massage to feel relaxed, calm and have a quiet good experience but with this woman she used her elbow the whole time on my back and it hurts my spinal cord. She's not doing it slowly and calmly. She seems angry and just dont know how to massage. I feel shes angry and give all the pressure to me. I dont like her energy. Now i have a lot of pain in my spinal cord. I will never go back to this massage again. I hope this management will see my comment and escalate this issue with this woman so other customers will not suffer.

At first I was skeptical of the massage and the ambience but the more I relaxed the better I felt. The massage was amazing and their foot massage was great too. For $50 you can get head and feet. Plus the do hot stone massage too. Sam was amazing. They have males and females and got me in on a Sunday when most places were fully booked. Will be back.

I came in today with slight back pain. I got the 60-min combo and Jack who was given to me. He was amazing and very good pressure. He was polite and very kind. I would highly recommend him on your next visit.

Honestly one of the best massages I’ve had

Best Massage spot in Redlands! They are always ready for a walk in. I like to get a massage last minute and love the convenience of walking in and they are always available and ready for my husband and I. You can’t beat their prices! Very good deals & have many packaging options to choose from. They can accommodate to all types of massages from gentle to deep. My husband & I have been coming for years, we always get a full body massage with hot stones (that they do in private rooms for each) and then we go to a big open room where they do a hands & feet focused massage. We will keep coming back. They don’t get recognition enough.

If you have never had Chinese massage, you might want to do some research first to make sure it’s right for you. These people go HARD because they are no for relaxing. They are fixing your body’s issues! Feel amazing afterwards though, if you can force yourself to relax and suffer through the pain.
