I’m writing this for my mom whose English isn’t very great. She works at Kaiser and while at work had an incident which required her to have a translator to help her with translation and paperwork. My mom said she got help from a young woman that was very accurate in her translating and was very sweet. She usually has a translator which doesn’t typically say the exact thing she’s saying because she can understand more than she can speak English. She let me know about this translator named Sofia Gonzalez. I wanted to take the time to make sure she got recognized for her great job. Language World Services or LWS is one of the interpreting companies in the region that we can count on. To be honest, I have worked with other interpreting companies too. But one will find the difference when he starts working with LWS, professionalism, training opportunities and so many others. They paid half of my fees when I Passed my exam and became a certified medical interpreter . Wish this company further success.
