Had to push a star to get to this link. 😡 ZERO stars!! Tried to take my granddaughter to her first day of preschool and she had to leave because, her advocate and the Health Director can’t do their job!! The advocate rescheduled 7 times and lost paperwork. When calling to find out what’s going on she tried to blame the parent. Had a horrible time 5 yrs ago with my son. Supposed to be a new, improved program. It’s not!! They turned many children away from their first day of preschool this morning because they can’t do their job!!

I have worked for the company for over a year. When I went from full time to part time they stopped paying me. When I contacted them to find out why I was not receiving my pay they claimed I had taken more days than i had accrued after they had mistakenly given me more sick days then i would be able to earn during the year and that I had been overpaid and they forgot to notify me about it two weeks before I was supposed to be paid. I was given the paperwork about the days taken not accrued but have yet to receive any documentation about the overpayment despite trying to get this documentation from them for the past two weeks. This is not the first time the company has been less than transparent with me, when I switched positions to part time, less than two business days before my official switch was when they notified me of the positions pay decrease. I have lost a lot of respect that I once had for Kalamazoo Resa.

This year has been horrible. My oldest daughter went through KRESA 4 years ago and I never had a problem. This year my 3 year old is having problems with the transportation. The family advocate doesn’t respond to voicemails. The curriculum is minimal. My daughter is not learning anything at all. Over all this program has really went down hill over the years.

Positive, multifaceted facility. Clean.
