I came in with my kids and was hoping for a calm and welcoming experience. The massage itself was nice, but the front desk felt a bit rushed and impatient, which made it harder to relax. I think especially when families with children come in, it helps so much to bring a little extra warmth and patience. A more relaxed, caring atmosphere at the front desk would really make the whole experience feel complete. I know you are capable of offering that, and that’s why I’m leaving this review—so you can implement some small changes that would truly make customers want to come back!

I booked a one-hour massage and was told to undress to my comfort level, so I kept my underwear on. The male therapist pulled down my underwear without asking and used painful techniques on my spine and ribs. I stopped the session and left halfway through. I did not feel safe or respected and would not return.

During the massage I was advised to undress, face down and place the long towel over my backside to cover my body. The male therapist came in and without warning he pulled the towel and my underwear all the way down and I was completely exposed. I immediately pulled them and up he kept apologizing. After that encounter the massage he gave was very rough it seemed all intentional. I couldn't wait for it to be over.

I really wanted to love this place, but I left underwhelmed. I wasn’t expecting a luxury resort experience, but the massage itself fell flat. It was extremely hard, and even after asking multiple times for lighter pressure, nothing really changed. It didn’t feel like real techniquemore like pressing hard in the same spot over and over. The facility was also loud and not relaxing, which made it hard to enjoy the session. Worst of all, I woke up the next day in so much pain, feeling sore and like I needed another massage just to recover from this one.

No bells and whistles, instead amazing massage. Firm pressure is what I need because of the work I do. Affordable and they work so hard. They will get those knots out! Tip them, they deserve it.

Sam and Mike are incredible therapists. Very detailed reflexology on your feet. Deep, even pressure long strokes down your back, calves, hips, shoulders and arms. Deep pressure and attention on all muscle groups in glutes. This is necessary body work for balance, tone, mobility and quality of life as we age. Thank you.

If you're hurting and looking for that secret Asian massage spot you know, the one that doesn’t ask a bunch of questions, uses a towel like a full-body sheet, and gets straight to business—this is it. Total hole-in-the-wall vibes, but don’t let that fool you. They’ll take you in without an appointment and work out every knot, ache, and tight muscle like they’ve got a personal vendetta against your back pain. They even get into the glutes and joints, so be ready it’s intense in the best way. The pricing? Almost too good to be true. Just make sure to tip well—these therapists work super hard, barely take breaks, and honestly deserve every penny. I left feeling like a new human. No frills, no fluff just real-deal bodywork that works.
