Sah Doh Kuk Sul Peoria / Formally known as Kuk Sool Won of Peoria

My son started Sah Doh Kuk Sul 8 years ago. After many color belts test, lots of practice, hardwork, blood, sweat, and tears he's made blackbelt. He has learned so more than martial arts with Master Ben. I highly recommend Sah Doh Kuk Kuk Sul. So much so that I joined too and am training to become blackbelt myself.

My son has been going to Sah Doh Kuk Sul school at Master Ben for about 2 years now. Master Ben is super patient and very knowledgeable. Classes are well-structured, and great for building strength, confidence, and discipline. The atmosphere is very welcoming - everyone feels like family. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn martial arts the right way!

Our kids go to Kuk sool for the past 4 years now. Beginning they didn’t want to as they didnt understand the need for the skill, but as they experienced the forms and gained knowledge from Master Ben and other teachers they started liking it. Master Ben not only teaches martial art but give them immense life lessons and gives inspiration. He makes kids and adults feel strong and fit. Our kids now have grown much respect towards the art and master Ben.

Started sah doh kuk sul of peoria when I was 14 years old a small lost quiet kid with no confidence no goals and titled with a learning disability. I am 24 now Sah doh kuk sul as Transformed my life for the better overcoming all odds and proving others wrong. Sah doh kuk sul will help you develop a strong mind, body ,spirit and so much more and I wouldn’t be who I am without that spark it started all them years ago

It is a Korean martial arts, where you will learn not just self defense but life lessons as well. Master Ben is helping these kids to build soft skills, respect, trust and balance. It’s focused on mind, body and spirit development. It is good for all ages (kids and adults to maintain their physical health and shape). Strongly recommends to join and explore.

My son just began attending Sah Doh Kuk Sul and I must say I am eager to see his growth. Master Ben let's his students know that there is no judgment and that everyone is family and looks out for one another. The dedication and focus Master Ben has to make sure his students achieve greatness does not go unnoticed. We are happy to become part of this family.

I've known Master Ben for decades now. His school and the way he teaches is from the heart. He knows his students by name. He advises them when asked. His students become better citizens which helps the community. His students now will become great examples in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
