Had to wear a heart monitor for 7 days, my results are in my chart you think I got a call with my results? Nope! Like I can understand the results. My chart is just another excuse for doctors not to do their job. I don’t understand doctors today.

Caring and polite staff. For urgent needs I've actually been able to call and get appointments on the same day. As a mater of fact I was suffering from excessive fluid in my knee. Called them up today and got an appointment for today where they fixed me right up. Drained the extra fluid that was causing me pain. Thank you.

I have been waiting for this appointment since October 2024, and was genuinely looking forward to establishing care as a new patient—especially after recently finding out that my husband and I are expecting. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. After losing my previous primary care provider due to relocation, it’s been incredibly difficult to find a new provider accepting patients. When I finally secured this appointment, I was relieved and eager to get my health back on track. I arrived 15 minutes early, with all required paperwork completed in the patient portal. Upon entering the building, I was met with a long line and a chaotic environment. Several individuals were visibly ill and behaving in a disruptive manner. One person, who was there for urgent care and did not have an appointment, became aggressive and even yelled in my face. It was an extremely uncomfortable and concerning situation. Once I reached the triage receptionist, I was directed to another area to check in. I arrived right on time, completed check-in at the second window, and waited patiently. However, I watched as multiple individuals who arrived after me were called in first. After waiting 20 minutes—with no updates and increasing discomfort due to the environment—I approached the desk to reschedule, only to be told that new patients are not allowed to reschedule. As a result, I had no choice but to leave. I am now back at square one, searching for another provider who is accepting new patients. This experience has been incredibly discouraging, particularly during such an important and vulnerable time in my life.

I've been to CNEMG Pawtucket location for the Laboratory and an Ultrasound both recently- and I must say that I am impressed from the receptionists at check-in to the Healthcare Techs/Phlebotombists- that I am impressed! Both times I was taken care of in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

Personally thought they were professional I established them as my new Dr had a visit or two established a primary care thinking I’m all set in my late 40s and I call to make an appointment they tell me the Dr I had last year left and so I’m no longer a patient bc I didn’t respond to a letter sent out in June my year wasn’t even up I’m appalled that I js e to find a new practice and they could care less like sorry we tried letting you know

My son is getting treated by these so called doctors in this medical center. I have permission to follow up with the doctors so I would know what they’re doing to him and what they diagnosed him with . I called many times . Left a message to his primary doctor and this time I’m not going to share her name here. Next time , I will She never called me even out of respect to find out what was my concerns. All she does is feed him with different prescriptions every other week and nothing else. I’m very disappointed with the lack of care this lady has. How can you be a doctor and not caring about your patients and their families? Still waiting for your call after months trying to reach out . I’m furious with this kind of treatment and would wish my Son will go somewhere else

I really loved the NP I saw here so I was very disappointed to find out she was leaving. I chose a new provider and now they are leaving as well. I realize that providers are leaving practices for various reasons and this is happening everywhere. I chose to leave this practice and go to another CNE provider. Hopefully they don't decide to leave as well.
