K Taekwondo - Pasadena

We absolutely love K Taekwondo! My son looks forward to every class and has learned so much in just a few months. The instructors are not only skilled and professional but also so kind and patient with the kids. You can tell they really care about helping each student grow and gain confidence. The school has a very positive, encouraging atmosphere — highly recommend!

My 10-year-old son has been attending K-Taekwondo for just over a year, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Grand Master Lim and ALL the instructors are amazing—patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping each student grow both in skill, confidence and discipline. We’ve seen such positive changes in our son’s focus, discipline, and self-esteem since he started. The classes are well-organized, energetic, and fun, while still maintaining a strong sense of respect and structure. It’s clear that the school cares deeply about each child’s progress, both on and off the mat. If you’re looking for a Taekwondo program that builds character as much as it teaches martial arts, K-Taekwondo is the place to be!

I've been taking class here for a year and a half. Instructors are dedicated, all friendly and kind, the people are welcoming and there's a sense of community. The facility is always very well kept and clean. Kids learn Tae Kwon Do skills, but also to become respectful.

If you want to learn traditional Korean Taekwondo, I highly recommend this place. The master has been a world champion and has also served as a bodyguard for the President of South Korea, I've heard. The master personally teaches from the beginner level, and through this Taekwondo, my child is also learning important values such as confidence, respect, and manners. The facility is clean, there's ample parking, and all the instructors are very friendly and sincerely dedicated to teaching. I'm posting this as a Google review.

It has been a joy to be apart of K-TaeKwonDo studio in Pasadena. The experience has been beneficial to my child’s understanding of perseverance, focus, respect, self control, cooperation, consistency, and what it means to set a goal. The K-TaeKwonDo studios are associated with Kukkiwon TaeKwonDo World Federation and grandmaster’s expertise with being one of the presidents for the TaeKwonDo Association let’s us know we’re training at an accredited studio (do-jang).

Our 5 year old goes twice a week. He’s learning how to be more disciplined, and loves practicing his moves to level up. He gets out all of his pent up after-school energy too which is awesome for us parents 😂 He seems to be having a lot of fun overall!
