I love how this martial art is a complete martial art system that is traditional, respectful, has weapons, and moves the whole body, mental health included. Each technique that is taught I can use in real life. I also like that I don't have to roll around with other people on the ground or hurt my joints with sharp kicks or punches. Highly recommend this martial art system.

I've been training at this school for a little over 8 years now. When I started my martial arts journey I thought I was too old and that I'd missed my chance. That was completely wrong! This system (Kuk Sool Won) and the parent organization (World Kuk Sool Association) has a broad and deep curriculum that includes grandparents on down to schoolchildren. We have a welcoming school with an excellent instruction team.

This is an excellent group of people to learn & train with. We learn respect, discipline, fellowship, & strength.
