We hired John Kim to tutor our son in Math and we have see such a dramatic improvement. He went from a failing grade to most recently getting a perfect 100 out of 100 on his final. For someone who has had a hard time completing homework and taking time to study it has shocked me how he never complains and is always ready to join Mr. Kim for tutoring. We are very grateful for his help.

We have used Mr. Kim services for years. He is great in what he is doing. He taught my older son math in high school and helped him to get A in his pre calculus and AP calculus after my son failed his first exam. He is also helping my second son in high school in math and SAT preparation. He explains the material in a way make the students get it easily and he has great sense of humor. Math is by far the most difficult subject to teach. Not only do you have to be good at it, you also have to be able to teach it in a way that kids enjoy the subject and look forward to learning it. Mr. Kim has this gift. He has been teaching my 10 year old son since 2022 and I could not have anyone better to cultivate my son's love of math. Under Mr. Kim's tutelage, my son has become so good at Math that he is now starting Algebra II. Since studying with Mr. Kim, my son's MAP Math scores are consistently in the 99% percentile. He is kind and uses humor to connect with his students. I would give him 10 stars in a heartbeat!

Mr. Kim is an excellent math tutor whether you need help with high school math or SAT prep. He breaks down complex subjects and makes them easy to understand. He truly has a talent for teaching, his classes are fun and you actually feel like you are learning something. He cares about his students and will work with your schedule, offering classes in person and on Skype. Not only is he a great tutor, but the study skills Mr. Kim taught me in high school continue to help me succeed with my classes in college.

All three of my children worked with Mr. John Kim, throughout high school. Sometimes they needed extra help with higher level math and sometimes it was ACT or SAT prep. He is caring, kind, funny and inspired my kids to keep working and improving their skills. He believed in their abilities, which allowed them to believe in themselves. He has the ability to quickly hone in on what the student needs, and time is never wasted. We owe much to the guidance of Mr. Kim. I always highly recommend him to friends in need of a quality tutor.
