Cerritos College

Cerritos College is a wonderful and caring community college. I had no doubts about coming here. When I first arrived to the college campus I was pretty amazed to see how much the college cares about the students and their wellbeing. Their loyalty is so strong and their commitment to supporting the success of each student who attended this college is something special. I love being a student at Cerritos College and I do not have any harsh words to say because I don’t have any! My love for Cerritos College is really strong and special because every day I get to see how the college’s commitment to the students and the whole campus community grows stronger each day and year after year. I do not understand why there are so many rude and disrespectful comments towards the college. Well guess what you’re wrong. These rude reviews do not make a difference towards anyone. Harsh criticism is not welcome!! In a Google review for Cerritos College. No do not do that! Very disrespectful. Very rude. Cerritos College is an excellent choice for pursuing your career, educational dreams and aspirations. And to transfer to a University. Also the campus is so beautiful there are so many flowers and trees all around the campus. So if you love Cerritos College please consider rating 5 stars. And also a positive review. Once again harsh and disrespectful comments plus reviews are not welcome here!! Please be respectful to the college. They haven’t done anything wrong ever! Half of the reviews are positive and the other half are negative but there lies. Not true. Trust me I know. ——————————————————————— Only a person who likes to criticize and complain says negative things when it’s not true and they don’t care at all. The person who lies and lies. Is just someone who is not a good person.

Do not choose this school for the dental hygiene program. The instructors here are not actually teaching. They provide no slides, no clear guidance, and simply read word-for-word from the textbook during lectures. Instead of proper instruction, they make students draw teeth and mouths or piece together puzzles of oral radiology images—calling this ‘interactive learning.’ They also rely on students with prior work experience to teach those without experience, rather than fulfilling their own responsibility to educate. On top of this, students are forced to read an overwhelming workload—on average 5 chapters per book, across 11 different books—yet still walk into lectures without knowing what the focus is supposed to be. My cousin enrolled and paid $11,000 in tuition, only to regret it immediately. Within the first week, she was overwhelmed, crying daily, sleeping only 3 hours a night, and under constant stress with no clear direction. Please consider this a sincere warning: research carefully before enrolling. This program is not worth the financial or emotional toll

Can this school get more funding for laptops? We had to share laptops in class because we needed to a program use for stats class.
