They pretty much force students to write them 5 star reviews. The academic coordinator can't keep the good teachers in. Teachers seem lost with not a lot of support. The methodology is old fashioned and their books have lots of mistakes. Ask for an observation class before you commit. Response to owner: I'm not a competitor. I don't have a school. I don't work with F1 students. I don't teach classes. I don't have rooms to do anything, so what kind of competition is that? The fact is we had a teacher complain to us outside that the school secretly films their classes and then gives them unfair criticism (by someone way less experienced and whose native language is not even English). It sounds like a lot of pressure and a headache for such little money with no benefits (no wonder the good teachers don't stay long - bummer because we loved our teacher). And yes, the books do have mistakes and the classes are bad. That's why I said it first: people should go and watch a class first before giving them their money instead of believing in fake 5-star reviews.

This school's customer service is not bad , I came for some information, I sat there for almost 15 minutes nobody say anything to me , the lady at the front desk Walk back and forth, never ask me what I wanted until I left, and I don't this is good for English because all the I saw only speak Spanish
