Mr. Garland has been an excellent teacher, for myself and my son. We both participate in group and private lessons. His trainings combine real-world applications of physical, mental and spiritual preparedness. Discipline is provided through a keen sense of empathy and patience for his students. Mr. Garland is an excellent teacher who hones in on what an individual needs, both mentally and physically. For the LGBTQ folks - he's still learning about some of the newfangled genders out there, but he's got a big heart and a willingness to learn. He genuinely cares about each of his students and has an extra-soft spot for autistic & neurodivergent folks. If you want to really push yourself, the private lessons can double as brutal workouts, so don't forget to stretch and bring water!

I work as a security specialist and I've recently started training with Mr. Garland. He's a very patient and knowledgeable instructor who has helped me tremendously with sharing his skills, which has helped me become more confidence within my profession. I've also seen him work very well with Autistic children. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Mr. Garland.

My son James has been working with Chris for a few months now. James is a 5 year old autistic brilliant boy. Through Chris’ compassion, empathy, and discipline. James’ confidence has grown by leaps and bounds, he’s physical strength, mental acuity, and social skills has also greatly improved. What this offers to children like James and for that matter any child is a place to build their Neuroplasticity through drills and exercises, Executive martial arts provides a loving community, camaraderie that help push your mind and body and ultimately create a positive environment that will greatly impact anyone who decides to work with Chris and his team!

Master Garland is a phenomenal teacher, and the most gifted martial artist I've ever known. Not only for adults, but for children as well. His patience and ability with neurodivergent children is absolutely legendary.

Mr. Garland is an incredible teacher and leader. He did an incredible training for our youth group. He lead us in breathing techniques in sitting, standing and lying down positions. We learned about the Korean Culture, self-defense, De-Escalation, self regulation, and many other arts over 3 half-day seminars. It was life changing for me and the youth. Mr. Garland was impressed with the youth and suprised them by awarding white belts for their hard work and quick comprehension of the arts of Hapkido. Mr. Garland is dedicated to helping his community and an incredible person. He shared a vision for a larger facilty to serve more people. If it is in your capacity please help him.
