The worst internet service I have ever used. I do not recommend it (Edit) I am leaving the comment on top only to clarify. First of all I do apologize for this false review because someone else used my account without my permission. I have full control of my account now. Second, I do have Ayera service for my house, the account is under my wife’s name Maria and this service was and is a life saver, we were struggling with internet providers until we found about Ayera. I won’t go to all the details but this service does deserve a 5 star review.

We live just outside city limits of Modesto. I believe this company's service is primarily for rural or near rural areas...Not sure how competitive they are otherwise. We have 4 people/residents that use the Ayera service on our compound here and each having their own personal service. Its been nearly 9 years now and never a complaint other than a few bugs early on which were taken care of immediately. The service is 100% reliable. Thanks.

Internet goes down at least once a day. It slows to the point where movies won’t even play. They charge similar to xfinity and get their speeds far inferior. For perspective, on xfinity it takes 25 minutes to download a large file. On Ayera it takes 7 hours. For a Central Valley ISP, it is ridiculous. There are farm houses in Nebraska that get faster internet.

Me and my family had to move out of my house during a remodel and live out of a trailer park for a while. Both my brother and I were still in school during the move and need some internet to do schoolwork. Luckily Ayera offered surprisingly good internet at a great cost especially for something that was sort of temporary. Would use again if my family has to move out for a while temporarily.

Increasingly disappointed with the service. Their signature line states "Reliable Internet at Blazing Fast Speed!", yet I have had some sort of interruption in service at least every other month. And like every other internet service provider, they charge extra to get it running and give no credits when it's not and "it's not our fault" really should become the new signature line. This weekend it was a power outage that was "out of their control". In April they had a "routing issue" that WAS their "fault" but didn't "last long enough" to warrant a credit. Of course, I am out the lost productivity of my staff and the time it takes to get our systems going again after a loss of service but hey.... why should Ayera care? It wasn't their fault! But they sure were super quick to charge me $50 when yet another outage turned out to be "not their fault". The only advantage Ayera has over the big companies is that they actually have someone that answers the phones when you call. But then with that many outages, they'd have to! I am stuck, which is probably why they don't care, but if you have a choice, I'd recommend going with Comcast, it takes forever to navigate the automated system when you need to call but at least you don't need to call as often as you do with Ayera.

Lacob Lewis is a true expert in the field. He is on top of every request we, as a customer, have right away and is here to suggest a better way if there is one. He never let us down. On top of that, his customer support skills are amazing as well. He is here for us any hour, any day no matter where in the wold he is at that moment. We would highly HIGHLY recommend Ayers technologies Inc to any body and if they get Jacob Lewis as their engineer, they will forget what network problems are.

If you haven’t heard of or are on the fence about Ayers’s internet. Let me tell you how awesome they are! I had some pretty crapping internet connections yesterday. I called and they looked up my account and said I was definitely experiencing some spotty service. It is due to a neighbors tree and the wind. My service is bounced off the tower at the fire station. They gave me a 3 week credit with out asking. And let me know they have a new tower going up on the Heritage Church. They just called me this morning at 7:30 to tell me my service is looking awesome this morning and a tech is going to come out to make sure our satellite is not loose and make sure it is still facing towards the tower. Best customer service I have experienced in many years. From any company. I just thought I would share 😊
