Talent Academy

Talent Academy has been amazing for our family! It started as a daycare for my daughters, and now they go there for after-school care — and we've loved every step of the journey. The teachers are so warm and caring, and I really appreciate that they’re bilingual. It helps create such an inclusive and supportive environment. My kids feel comfortable and happy there, which means the world to me. They also offer a nice variety of after-school programs, so there’s always something fun and engaging for the kids to do. It’s not just babysitting — they’re actually learning, exploring, and having fun. As a working parent, I’m super grateful for the flexibility and peace of mind Talent Academy gives me. I know my daughters are safe, cared for, and enjoying their time — and that makes a big difference. Highly recommend it to other parents looking for a reliable and nurturing place for their kids!

My son enjoys the experience at Talent Academy School programs from day care, after school, home school and others. Teachers are nice and knowledgeable and nice to kids, meals are excellent. In one ward, my son is happy to the school from the beginning and the school provide very convenient experience for us, plus, lots of opportunity to learn and practice the Chinese and Chinese tradition.

My son loves to go to school. At first few weeks, he cried so hardly and rejected to go to school. I have communicated with Jenny there and they are really patient to take the extra cares to my son. And after a few weeks, he starts to love to go to school. I feel like need to give the baby longer time to adopt the new environment. I am glad I did not give up earlier that will cause my son to miss such a great school.

You should dodge this place at your best. Especially if your kiddo are too young to speak. I sent my 3 years old there for two weeks, he cried every time I dropped him and pick him up. He also had a big head bump one day after school and I called the school, they said he fell of the bed, but first, the bed they use is very low, no way he could end up with that big bump. And second, my son never take nap in the morning, how come he fell of the bed? During the call with the teacher, my son who was happily watching tv at that time, after heard the voice of the teacher, he began to cry. I don't know what happened at the school, because my son can not communicate that well and the school did not offer livestreaming. But I bet their teacher must treated my son so bad. I am glad I changed daycare after that, my son is so happy and looking forward to go to the other daycare.

I have debated on whether or not I should share my experience on here but ultimately decided that this information may help another family. Our 3 year old was enrolled at here in 2021 for a few months. She enjoyed the classes and teachers but we ultimately pulled her out because she got extremely ill at school. I picked her up one afternoon and she was breathing extremely hard. The teacher did note that she had a cough and "felt her head" and it didn’t seem like she had a fever thus, no call was made to me. The teacher also said that they know how inconvenient it is for parents to have to drive back to pick up their kids from school. That evening my daughter was still breathing really hard and we decided take her to urgent care. We were later admitted to the ER because her breathing did not improve. She is ok now but we still rack up huge bill and I truly believe this could have all been prevented if the teachers provided more attentive care to the kids AND called the parents of their kids are ill. It should have been my choice to pick up my daughter and I believe it was their negligence to have not contacted me.
