Shilei Interpreting & Translation - Miami

I needed a Spanish interpreter for a USCIS interview so I contacted Shilei. The process to book with them was very simple and they had good customer service. The interpreter showed up on time and was very professional. Thank You Shilei Interpreting!

We needed a person for an immigration interview who was fluent in Englsih and Mandarin Chinese. The person Shilei sent was not fluent enough with her English, to properly understand the interviewer's questions. As a result she continued to translate incorrectly. Finally, the Interviewer called in her supervisor who disquallified our translator and our interview was terminated. The translator claimed they were trick questions. Our attorney said the questions were straight forward that required yes or no answers. Shilei should not have sent someone if the person was not suitable. We drove 90 minutes to Miami, waited 2 hours for the interview, just to have the interview cancelled and drove back home 90 minutes totally dejected. Now we need to wait for a new letter and date which will mean several more months of waiting. Morever, we will need to pay our attorney a 2nd time due to this disastor. Shilei immediately refunded all but $12 of our fee, but that doesn't remedy the damage that occurred.

Excellent Translation Service – Fast, Efficient, and Reliable! I had a great experience with SHELEI TRANSLATION. Their service was incredibly fast and very professional. The translations were accurate and delivered on time, and the team was always available to answer any questions I had. I truly appreciated their efficiency and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality translation services. Great job!
