I completed the Phlebotomy Technician Program, and it was an amazing experience. The class was not only informative but also genuinely enjoyable and fun. I learned so much about the field and felt well prepared for what I will be going into. The instructors, Mrs. Sam and Mrs. Marissa, are some of the best instructors I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. They are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to talk to when working through any questions or challenges. Their hands-on teaching style made the learning experience even better. I enjoyed every minute of this program, and if I ever had the opportunity to take it again, I absolutely would.

I had a great experience in the Clinical Medical Assistant program at CalRegional in Merced, California. The program was well structured, hands-on, and prepared me for real clinical settings. Both instructors Ms. Sam and Ms. Brenda were very attentive to the class and individual student needs. I really enjoyed taking the course with them. Ms. Sam teaches the course material and uses her experience in the field to help deepen our understanding of the concepts we learn. Ms. Brenda is a very patient skills instructor and helped me and other students on multiple occasions to feel more confident in our lad skills, by guiding us through the process as many times as we needed. Both instructors are very kind and approachable, I felt like my needs as a student were met perfectly.

Ms. Amanda is an excellent Medical Assistant instructor. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help her students understand the material. She explains topics clearly and makes sure everyone feels comfortable asking questions. Ms. Amanda is supportive and encouraging, which helps build confidence in both clinical and classroom skills. She truly cares about her students’ success and prepares them well for a future career as a Medical Assistant. I am very grateful to have her as my teacher.

Her support and positive energy created a learning environment where we felt comfortable tackling challenging topics. Santi made the sometimes intimidating tasks, like injections, phlebotomy, and ECGs manageable and even enjoyable. Because of their hard work, commitment, and inspiring teaching styles, I finished the program feeling completely prepared and excited for my new career. If you are considering a career change into healthcare, I highly recommend this program, especially if you have the chance to learn from Ms. Amanda and Santi!
