Intensive English for Internationals

I'm a student that has a math class in this building, we have used the lobby to stand in to wait for our class to start for over 3 weeks but suddenly one day a karen comes out and starts saying we're trespassing (despite paying to come here and being told to show up to thos building) and when called out on it she falsely claims There's a sign outside stating no trespassing (there isn't) and when I called to ask about it the gentleman was confused and telling me no it's not a problem to be there then put me on hold and when he came back suddenly he had a totally different attitude even telling me she never stated anything about trespassing. First of all why wait 3 weeks then explode on students? If there's an issue address it before you get too angry to act like a civilized adult, second don't lie, of you make a false statement own it and apologize. Now it's not a public building because they have sensitive information about international students. Why is there sensitive information in the lobby with all the pamphlets that are put out for everyone?

Best place for seriously learning English, totally recommended, they have an intensive class during the mornings and now they are offering classes in the evening. Great experience best teachers and a good learning environment.
