Language Success Language School

I just finished taking my first level of Spanish here and really enjoyed my classes. First, the School Director was very helpful at working around my personal schedule. Second, the teacher was wonderful as I learned so much. Lastly, the price was fair as I had a private 1-1 class.

Unfortunately this place would have been a great place for my child to learn Spanish this summer but we were ABRUPTLY told his class was cancelled and he could no longer attend. VERY POOR management, we had agreed SEVERAL times on our arrangement for the summer with another family. After 2 weeks the owner simply told us to leave due to "lack of communication", even though we agreed verbally, through text and email (and even paid!). I will never go here again, absolutely no patience or consideration of our time.

The owner is aweful, cannot reach anyone by phone or email, makes changes to your class times and teacher abruptly without asking for your permission or presenting options. The phone line to her is never answered, and messaging very unreliable. No one ever to get ahold of, terrible unreliable service. The teacher I had was great but had to quit and the program owner handled it very poorly. Also very very very overpriced: $740/month for 6 hours a week is crazy.

I absolutely recommend Language Success for anyone that is trying to pass the speaking area of the TOEFL IBT. My goal was to earn a 26 in this area for certification purposes. I took the test 4 times (and I took 3 different preparation courses as well…) and my score was always 24. After I took the preparation course in Language Success, I scored a 29!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!! P.S. If you are going through something similar, ask for Mr. Robinson; he’s the best professor you can get.

The curriculum here was more tailored than some of the other cut/paste one-size-fits-all programs of the other schools i called. This school has a more 1 on 1 approach. They even tested me to see what my exact level was so they could build a program around my exact skillset.

Amazing staff! Very flexible and accommodating for our schedule and teachers personalize the lesson plans to your current level and with your goal in mind. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This is a great school. I came here to learn English. A year ago I would not have been able to write this review if it were not for this school. The teacher I had was excellent and the school is well run and very organized.
