The customer service here is by far the best I've EVER seen at any bank I've ever gone to! Never once has there been a grumpy or uninterested teller. They truly bend over backwards to make your visit the best you've ever had. Always a smile on their faces!

my mom and i didnt know what time they closed and we came in a few minutes before close with a large cash deposit. the employees helped us regardless and were super nice along the way. i felt so bad for being a nightmare customer but so grateful that they were able to deposit it. 100% would recommend this location. 🙂

Deposited $900 on September 3rd. It ate my card and cash. Filed a claim on 9/3. Have had to speak to customer service and the recovery department numerous times today for over an hour. I was told I would have my money today last week.. No help no answers and no money. Never use their ATM Machine they do not help you. I am out $900

Very comfortable atmosphere, the tellers are beyond polite and genuine. I was helped by a young man named Brian who was very professional, helped me set up my accounts quick and I was on my way! Glad I decided to come in. : )
