High Expectations

My experience with High Expectation was extremely disappointing. The school seems more focused on controlling students than providing a supportive learning environment. I was shocked to learn that when a student expresses interest in transferring to another school, they take punitive actions, even going as far as reporting the student and attempting to terminate their I-20. This practice is unethical and shows a lack of respect for the well-being and academic future of the students. I would definitely not recommend this institution to anyone who values respect and transparency in an educational environment.

High expectations is a wonderful place for learning and growing. All the courses are individualized and tailored to student's needs. The after-school program is fun and useful for college application!

Amazing Institute for people of ages to experience additional educational supports and needs. Without question, Attorney Leonard is a leader in her field and I would highly suggest for anyone needing guidance and tutoring and instruction

É uma pena que não se possa dar 0 estrelas, pois sinceramente era isso que eles mereciam, mas me contenho em dar 1 estrela pois a professora é uma excelente pessoa e não tem culpa do que acontece na direção. Entre sabendo que terá problemas ao sair, principalmente se pedir transferência para outra escola ou faculdade. Para que você possa se resguardar no futuro peça absolutamente tudo que for conversado nos bastidores por escrito e assinado, se possível grave as conversas e arquive os prints, pois você pode precisar dessas provas no futuro para se resguardar de falsas promessas e ameaças de cancelamento do seu visto caso não haja de acordo com a forma que eles gostariam. Definitivamente esse não é um lugar que eu recomendaria.

Sou aluna do High Expectations desde outubro de 2022, quero dizer que foi e está sendo uma experiência incrível poder ter aulas de inglês aqui nos EUA com professores nativos, conhecer pessoas do mundo todo e vivenciar o dia-a-dia da cultura americana.
