Dear Niki, I hope you’re doing well! My fiancé and I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for the truly wonderful experience we had at your cooking school this past Sunday. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, excited, and eager to learn—and the class absolutely delivered. I don't know if you would have remembered me, but I'm the one that took one of your classes pre Covid and then purchased a couple of gift cards for another class and then the world shut down and then life got in the way, but I was finally able to use the certificates this past weekend with my fiancé Crystal. Also, I must say that Chef Cori was exceptional. Her warmth, expertise, and enthusiasm made everything enjoyable and accessible. She guided us through each step with patience, clarity, and genuine encouragement—never making anyone feel rushed and always offering helpful tips. It was evident she is passionate about what she does, and that energy was contagious throughout the group. Beyond Chef Cori’s wonderful teaching, the entire class atmosphere was fantastic. The space was inviting, well‑organized, and thoughtfully laid out for learning and connection. It was such a pleasure to work alongside all the other students, to laugh, ask questions, and most importantly, learn new techniques we’ll actually use again. Thanks to every detail—from the ingredients prepared, to the way Chef Cori walked us through each stage, to the final moments of enjoying our dishes—the experience felt special and memorable. My fiancé and I left feeling more confident in the kitchen, inspired to cook together more often, and grateful for the time and care you’ve put into your school. Please pass along our gratitude to Chef Cori who is an absolute gem and very dedicated to her craft as well as an amazing asset to your school. We’re already looking forward to returning and exploring another class with you and bringing friends and other family members !!! Again, thank you for some great memories and a terrific time last weekend, Alan

We had the best time celebrating my friends birthday with this amazing cooking class! We did "Cooking with Tequila" and learned how to make steak, ceviche, and queso- everything was absolutely delicious. Chef Cori was a great instructor and made it fun and easy. Such a perfect way to celebrate with friends! 10/10

I've taken both the pasta-making and tequila courses here, and I absolutely loved them! Each class was hands-on, fun, and taught by instructors who clearly know their craft. The pasta class was especially great -- learning to make fresh pasta from scratch was easier (and tastier!) than I expected. The tequila class was just as enjoyable -- informative without being overly serious, and a great way to spend an evening with friends or a date. I highly recommend taking a class here whether you're looking to improve your cooking skills, try something new, or just have a good time. You'll walk away with great memories -- and maybe a few new recipes to impress people with at home!

I recently attended the Pasta Making class, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The class was perfect for beginners, as Chefs Cori and Deb provided thorough instructions on basic knife skills and kitchen etiquette, making the culinary process both accessible and enjoyable. They expertly guided us through the art of making pasta dough from scratch, and we had the pleasure of learning how to craft two types of pasta: ravioli and linguine. The atmosphere of the class was both lively and engaging, complemented by music and wine, which created a welcoming environment for everyone present. The mix of attendees was wonderful, including couples, groups of friends, and solo food enthusiasts, all united by a love of food. What made the class stand out was the chefs' approachable teaching style and their ability to make complex cooking techniques seem easy. Whether you're just starting your culinary journey or looking to refine your pasta-making skills, this class offers a unique and enriching experience that I highly recommend!

We’ve taken six cooking classes at Eatz and loved every one. As vegetarians, we’ve always felt well accommodated. The classes are fun, the food is excellent, drinks are included, and you leave with practical tips that actually improve how you cook at home.
