Veterans Park

Now this is a great place to bring your dog. I love veterans park. Very well kept plenty of shade and chairs to sit very friendly atmosphere.The bathroom is right there.You can't miss it.Plenty of parking space handicap accessible?Yes, I give this place a ten not a five!

Nice park. We just walk so don't know much more about it. Funny thing, like every squirrel there would approach you. "Do not feed wildlife " sign was posted but apparently someone is feeding them.

Fantastic park for kid and Adult, Full Family enjoy

A beautiful park which is ideal for families with kids, romantic place for lovers to walk under the covering canopy of oak trees, and a heavenly place with sweet smelling fresh air for me to do my walking exercises every day. Come see, and enjoy, our magnificent park in Lehigh Acres.

It has lots of things to do, the only issue I have with it is the dog park. It's very small. And I feel like you can only have so many dogs in there at a time before it gets too crowded. Where I used to live, there was a park that had a huge area for dogs to run in. And then it also had a small little forest area where you could walk through the trails with your dog. All off-leash. It would be really nice to have something like that here.

The park is nice, staff are nice, but the upkeep isn't good at all. You go to the skatepark and it's covered in branches, sticks, leaves, and everything else you can think of making the park basically useless to skaters and all you have to do is blow it into the grass and your done, splash pad for the kids gets to be the same way and I refuse to let my kid in there as it's nasty most of the time. The entire place needs to be pressure washed and at least taken care of to made look better. The outside Bathrooms by the splash pad are disgusting, outdated, and dangerous ESPECIALLY the men's room, womans i hear the same thing expect there is a hole people can see into from the outside into the womans bathroom thats not fixed. Alot needs to be done. How hard is it for the maintenance guys to blow the dirt and everything out of the skatepark area. It takes 2 mins and they don't even have to get off the sitting mower the love to be on. I should not have to bring a broom or leaf blower everytime I want to come skate here. Maintenance worker has a backpack blower on their gator cart and yet don't do anything... Clean it up

Well kept park large enough are for kids to run around. Has trail for running. Large field people play soccer in. Also has little skate park and tall hill.
