Prime Taekwondo Lee's Summit Missouri

We’ve had a great experience at this taekwondo studio! The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly care about the kids. The studio promotes strong values, and they also host fun events like parties and parent date nights, which we really appreciate. My daughter loves it here!

Prime Taekwondo has been great for our youngest son. The instructors are patient with all the students and great at working with them on the fundamentals. Our son’s confidence has grown and his skills and knowledge of taekwondo and Korean terminology are nurtured in each class by the instructors. He loves going to class and leaning new things. Highly recommend Prime!

A wonderful studio! My daughter and I have been students for 7 years. The instructors have helped us gain strength, skills, and confidence!

I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with Prime Taekwondo! They are so good with kids of all ages! Also they make sure their students have fun while learning and have fun events throughout the year do the kids! It’s more than a just a place of taekwondo, it’s a family and I’m proud to say we are apart of the Prime Taekwondo family!!!!

My daughter has been attending for over 3 years. She started when we first moved here and knew no one. The staff has continuously made her feel like she was part of a family and that she belonged. They’ve seen her thru her preteen years and have encouraged her all the way. I can’t recommend enough! She has learned discipline, self defense, and various other skills but most importantly, she has learned to believe in herself. Again, I cant recommend enough! You won’t regret having your child attend Prime Taekwondo.

As a 45-year-old Taekwondo enthusiast with a history of hopping in and out of schools due to life’s twists and turns (hello, ADHD life!), I can confidently say that Prime Taekwondo is a game-changer. After years of searching, I found my Taekwondo home in 2022, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since! Let’s start with the atmosphere—Prime is more than a school; it’s a happy place. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you belong. It’s warm, friendly, and filled with people who genuinely want you to succeed. The instructors are absolutely phenomenal. Instructor Amaron and Instructor Vanessa are supportive, communicative, and incredibly organized. They’ve been there every step of the way, helping me navigate the curriculum and cheerleading me to my big goal: earning my black belt (which I proudly achieved this past September 🎉). Classes are well-structured but never boring or repetitive. The curriculum is laid out clearly for each level and backed by a handy app where you can access all the info to practice at home. Bonus: This school is an accredited Kukkiwon school with certified instructors—huge kudos for staying true to Taekwondo traditions while also making learning approachable for slower learners like me. Beyond the workouts (which are no joke—prepare to sweat!), it’s the sense of community that sets Prime apart. Everyone here wants you to succeed, whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned martial artist. If you’re looking for a Taekwondo school that’s fun, supportive, and top-notch in every way, Prime Taekwondo is the place to be. Whether your goals are fitness, self-defense, personal growth, or achieving a lifelong dream (hello, black belt!), this school will help you get there with a smile. 🥋 Five stars aren’t enough for this amazing place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been attending Pak's Academy for almost 3 years and it has been a great experience. Master Hwang, Instructor Vanessa, Instructor Amaron, and Instructor Quincy ensure that you are improving your physical fitness and improving your Taekwondo skills. They were also great with my my son when he attended classes, He was only 4 at the time and they knew how to teach him and encourage him.
