Root Academy

Root Academy is absolutely incredible. As a high school freshman striving to be a better student and obtain a degree at an ivy league or high end college, Root Academy helps to attain that goal. The staff and teachers are extremely qualified for their position, they are fluent in educating in both math and english fields, making them one of the more efficient college prep programs here in OC. I love Director Hyunsoo especially as she teaches me to be responsible through her disciplinary style of governance.

I am a student at Root Academy and I love the experience here. The students here including me, get free snacks. They teach very well with breaks and don’t pressure too much. The teachers here are very nice and helpful, because of their amazing help my Iready score when up a lot on both subjects

We’ve had such a great experience at ROOT academy in La Habra, my child’s i-Ready scores for both reading and math went up a lot and even got into honors. The teachers are friendly and supportive and really connect with the students and my child genuinely enjoys going. I highly recommend Root Academy to any parent looking for tutoring in the OC area! 🙂

Teachers are friendly and extremely encouraging. The lessons I have been getting got me to understand more advanced levels of math that I don’t even learn at school yet. This academy has prepared me for what’s coming in the future. They also help with school homework when needed. I would definitely recommend joining for those who care about their grades/gpa!

My daughter is in 7th grade and has been taking math classes at Root. I have noticed her understanding and confidence in math improve since she started. The teacher is very kind and really cares about helping kids improve.

I highly recommend Root Academy! My daughter is doing good in her algebra class. The teacher is very kind and helpful.

My daughter was struggling in her algebra class. After we joined Root Academy, my daughter got A’s in her algebra class.
