SimonMed Imaging - Kissimmee

The lady who took care of me was amazing—very kind and attentive. However, the X-ray wait time was very long. Staff mentioned it could be up to 2.5 hours, and I saw several customers leave because of it. I personally waited one hour. I also don’t think it’s fair that patients have to stay inside and aren’t allowed to step outside or check in while waiting. It would really help to have a screen showing accurate wait times and the order, so patients know what to expect.

Everyone is very pleasant and efficient. I must comment on Shania at the front desk. She is amazing. Watching her while waiting for my appointment, I must say she is so professional with HIPA (confidentiality), she is able to multitask many things at once. She was calm and consistent in a very busy office. Thank you so much Shania for your expertise! You are noticed and appreciated!

Exceptional Service at SimonMed Kissimmee! I want to take a moment to recognize Tamyra for her outstanding customer service. She is incredibly professional, caring, and attentive with every patient. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work and makes sure everyone feels comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. The SimonMed Kissimmee location is very well managed, and Tamyra’s positive attitude and efficiency make the experience even better. Absolute GARBAGE!!!!! I hardly ever leave reviews, but this was warranted!!! If i could leave 0 STARS I WOULD!!! Appointment was scheduled for 8am today 2/24/2026 Arrived 10 minutes early for check in. 45 minutes passed and still not called! At 9:00 am I had enough and asked why have I not been called. Got an email like 2 minutes later saying my appointment was scheduled for 9am what a lack of RESPECT for ones time!!!! If I did not say anything I would have been there all day. If you have an appointment here I would reschedule elsewhere!!!!!!!

I couldn't understand why TIME was such an issue. I was told to be at SIMON, at least half an hour before my appt. which I complied with. Yet I sat in the waiting room for about another ho another hour before I went up to the front desk and told them that I was a diabetic and that I was not feeling well as I had been told to FAST, prior to my 12p.m. appointment. Then I was taken in, after another 15 min another 15 min. wait. Fortunately , the technician was a delight. She was professional, friendly, and put me at ease. I was able to relax and the procedure was completed.

The office was easy to find with a decent amount of parking. My MRI was fine, they’ve come a long way in the last few years. Staff in the office were helpful but they need to smile and interact more! People are disoriented and can use a shot of happiness. Overall a good experience.

The team who did my biopsy was fantastic. I barely felt it and a day later I feel pretty good. They were supportive, have clear instructions and were kind. I deeply appreciate them. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is administration. From the date I booked my appointment, it was 5 weeks until I was seen and that's far too long. Then they almost changed my date to later which I threw a fit and they were able to squeeze me into a different facility on the same date. And then they use the billing side. They are trying to work through the issues but when you have a possibility of a grave disease and you see a bill you didn't expect, it's a lot to handle. And if you are paying with a credit card, you are charged an additional 2%. The entire staff had been nothing but kind, professional and amazing. It's just the way billing and the biopsy appointment was handled which I have issues with.
