Just celebrated our daughter’s 10th Birthday at Altitude. Had a great experience. Our party host Danny was super friendly and helpful with serving the kids pizza and drinks and helping decorate. Totally worth the price. My daughter loved her party. Her and her friends where talking About how much fun they had. The pizza was very good also. Would recommend if looking for a fun kids party.

First time visiting Altitude Trampoline Park, and unfortunately it will be our last, as it was not a positive experience. The facility was dirty and poorly maintained, with trash in corners, sticky surfaces, and visible debris on the trampolines. Some of the trampolines and equipment were ripped or worn, which raised safety concerns while my child was jumping. I have pictures documenting the condition. There is also a $3 spectator fee for parents. I fully agree that a 7-year-old needs adult supervision and would never leave my child alone. That said, being required to stay and then charged for doing so felt unnecessary and confusing. The fee applies to each parent, not just one, which resulted in my husband leaving to avoid the additional charge. The sock policy was also difficult to understand. If your child doesn’t have their branded socks, you must either trade in the socks you brought for $3 to receive Altitude socks (with your original socks thrown away) or pay $5 for new socks. It’s unclear why this isn’t handled more simply, such as a standard sock price for everyone, rather than multiple upcharges and unnecessary waste. Overall, while this may work for some families, the cleanliness issues, worn equipment, safety concerns, and confusing policies did not align with what we look for as parents. We will not be returning to this location and encourage other families to keep these factors in mind when deciding whether this park is the right fit for them.

I would say 3.4 Cons. It's a good place for kids, just you have to pay attention your kid don't think that because you see a lot of staff theor actually looking Dodgeball arena very few balls to play. Not all the trampolines with video games work. And I'm ok with hiring young people but they rarely pay attention to things, they rather huttle into groups and and joke between them or kids around the same age... Pros. Most of the staff in the front are friendly, welcoming and avoid long waits on line. It appears clean, I never seen maintenance clean floor or trampolines but going based on appearance. Shout out to Zenna (hopefully I didn't missed spell her name) for being welcoming, patient walking me to the different membership opcitions, and always eager to help. 🤙🏽

Smells terrible and is dirty. More expensive than its competitors and even charge parents 3$ to stay, hahaha. The product is again very sub-par. Never again! Recommend never buying a ticket.

I was really disappointed with this place. For a kids’ trampoline park, cleanliness should be a top priority and unfortunately, it was not. Every area was dirty trash and garbage all over the floors, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It honestly felt unsanitary, which is unacceptable when children are running, jumping, and touching everything. The place seemed to be run entirely by teenagers, and there was no visible manager or supervisor available to address concerns. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect better organization, cleanliness, and accountability. On top of all that, it’s very expensive for the experience you get. Overall, the lack of cleanliness was the biggest issue for me it was just yucky. I would not return unless major improvements are made. And also their French fries are spicy 🥵 like reallyyyyyyy my kids couldn't eat them........

Extremely disappointing experience — not worth your time or money. We came to Altitude Trampoline Park with a group of 7 kids, each at 30 — that’s over200 just for entry. We also bought all the overpriced drinks available inside, trying to support the venue despite several issues. - There were no working restrooms inside — only a disgusting porta potty outside. - The kitchen was out of order, and the *only snack available was chips. - When paying, we asked if outside food was allowed*and were told yes. - Minimum jump time is 90 minutes — not flexible for shorter visits. - When our pizza arrived, another staff member suddenly told us outside food wasn’t allowed and insisted we leave. I explained we had permission and also pointed out the facility issues — he still threatened to call the cops on us, in front of the children. - We finished our pizza calmly and left, only to be met with staff ignoring us with their backs turned. We’ve been to trampoline parks all over the world — this was by far the worst experience. Terrible communication, unprofessional behavior, and poor facilities. Do not recommend.

We recently visited this trampoline park for kids, and while the children had fun, I was very disappointed with the condition of the restrooms. They were extremely dirty and clearly not being maintained properly. For a place designed for children and families, cleanliness should be a top priority. I hope management addresses this issue soon
