I’m not sure what their big deal is about making cash payments with a teller for a credit card. But every time I’m there, I have to tell them like I understand I can, but I’d rather do it this way in I was just there the teller was pretty rude about how I can just make payments at the ATM machine I don’t want to make the payment there. I’ve had troubles in the past and I’ve explained this multiple times. If you guys don’t want a line then maybe have more tellers be upfront especially on a Friday. last time I come here to make a payment.

Extremely rude teller, I went in to get change for my business, I was told I needed an account #, okay , first time in 8 years. She said in a condescending way "I'll make a one time exception, then another teller came up, and the person said to her, I've never seen her before" Then Both of them gave me dirty looks .Really, I've been in Customer Service for 40 years. I've never had any behavior from coming here before. Train your Persons that work with the pubic, Bank of America.

No drive through. Long lines. Poor service. 23 people in line in front of me. 2 tellers scheduled. Not impressed with lack of management’s planning for first-of-the-month rush, particularly when drive through is closed.

This location's Merril advisor Alejandro Maryuga is an absolute boss. He resolved a complex and time sensitive issue with care and efficiency. Somebody give this man a raise 🙌

I have unfortunately banked with BOA for nearly 20 years of my life. They refused to allow me to deposit a check and were far from helpful. I have had nothing but poor experiences during the stretch of time I have held my account. Seems crazy a bank will push you away when bringing money in. I would steer clear of BOA for sure. Plenty of better options out there.

Location is convenient since it’s close to home, but I rather drive to Richland Bank of America on Knight St, they’re much nicer there. Today I went to do a bank deposit for a business account and the teller asked for my ID, I made no issue with giving it to her but I clarified that the account I was depositing was a business and not mine just so she didn’t think it was my account because last time I went to the Richland BOFA they also asked for my ID thinking it was my account since I didn’t swipe my card. I have no issue with showing my ID. The purpose of this review is for management to give their tellers feedback on providing customer service. The one who helped me her name is Yulit, at least that’s what the sign said. She was rude, didn’t smile, when she was done with my ID instead of handing it over she throw it over. Had no eye contact and just overall she looked frustrated. There was a long line and she was by herself, but being kind goes along way. I was a teller for Chase Bank back in the day and customer service was super important, just smiling goes a long way. Her colleague then comes back from lunch and she sees me and immediately smiles at me and then she smiles at Yulit and Yulit didn’t even smile back, she just looked at her and just looked back at what she was doing. Which is why I can say she was probably frustrated with the line.

Drive thru seems to be permanently closed although there is so signage telling you it's closed until you drive around the whole building only to have to circle back around to park. If you're lucky enough to ring to find parking you'll immediately encounter a line clear back to the door with only one teller open. If you choose to use the ATM hopefully you have all day as it was the slowest ATM I've ever encountered. Good luck.
