The Goddard School of Jersey City - The Waterfront

Our son who turns 2 next month, started at The Goddard School in Jersey City about three months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The teachers and staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. As parents, it gave us so much peace of mind to see how thoughtfully they helped him settle in and feel comfortable. In just a few months, we’ve noticed wonderful growth in his confidence, social skills, and curiosity. He’s excited to go to school, and clearly feels safe and happy there. The communication from the school is excellent, and we truly appreciate how responsive and involved the staff is. It’s clear that the environment is nurturing, well-structured, and focused on each child’s development. We’re very grateful to have found such a supportive and loving place for our toddler and would highly recommend The Goddard School in Jersey City to any parent looking for high-quality early childhood education.

Highly recommend. The teachers are caring, professional, and provide a nurturing environment for children. Ms. Katherine goes above and beyond everyday for our son and he adores her. There is excellent communication, follow up and a commitment from the administration which provides a high-quality experience. We're grateful for the care and support our child has received.

The staff and curriculum of Goddard School Jersey City are excellent. The teachers take very good care of children, the place is hygienic and the teacher to child ratio ensures every child is engaged equally. A great place for kids to learn and grow!

As one of the founding families for Goddard JC, we’ve had a wonderful experience with Goddard since they opened this location in Jersey City 6 months ago. The classrooms are large, bright and brand new. The teacher/student ratio is amazing, allowing each student to receive the attention and care they need. And most importantly, the school admin and staff are wonderful - professional, warm, friendly and reliable. Onsite owner Mary and her team are excellent, going above and beyond to make this the best educational experience for the kids and build a strong foundation with the parents. Communication with the parents is excellent. I cannot recommend the school enough.

Goddard has been a wonderful experience for our daughter. The teachers treat our daughter like family. She is thriving and we owe a lot of that to the Goddard family!

Our experience so far with Goddard has been very good. The teachers, Ms Alta, Ms Wendy and Ms Kareena, are very dedicated to the children and do their best to make it a nurturing environment for the kids. My 7 month old daughter is almost always happy when I go pick her up. The team in general is very responsive and open to feedback, which I think is important for establishing trust in taking care of our daughter. We love getting updates on her during the day.
