I went to university of iowa for my hearing implant schedule...easy to get to .the parking was good went to the top & nobody to bother you ..just write the number where you are =the floor#& you got it Mark

I recently traveled to The University of Iowa, my alma mater (Class of 1989), for the first time in 25 years! It was a road trip from Chicago with an old friend whose daughter now goes there. We encountered great service, prices, friendly people, etc. There was "Caitlin Clark Mania" going on still on campus in celebration of the NCAA/Iowa girl's basketball legend who recently broke all NCAA scoring records & brought her team to the Finals. There was such a great vibe on campus while we were there, Iowa City & the university were jumping! We also stayed overnight at a great new hotel that was conveniently located near everything right in the downtown area! Check out Iowa!

As many many many have said parking is probably equivalent to purgatory. The way the valet people park cars around the entrances make pulling up to the entrance and dropping someone off problematic at best. The hospital staff as a rule is helpful and glad to be of assistance. Beware of the almost CONSTANT construction going on both on campus and off. Give yourself extra time to get to were you need to be in the hospital. Don't be afraid to use the PAT transport.

My relative went Today to ER Room and they discovered that to order to get in visit or be a companion you have to show an a IA driver's license or valid id And I think they shouldn't ask or request any kind of id to get in and also they don't have not room available and the wanting period or was 5 to 6 hrs so my relative they desired to go to Mercy hospital to get the service done

got a bill for taking my autistic son in which is all they did was ask us parents questions. Did not get any help. Waste of time and all about money. would not recommend. I wouldn't even give one star but to post this I had to.Go to texas university if you want a good college.

Having had done my undergraduate at 3 different colleges (2 universities and 1 community college), and done my grad work at UI; I can say I have a pretty experienced opinion and UI is the worst college I've been to. It's essentially an adult day care for parents of rich, snobby adult students who act like teens and only want to part.
