We attended the Classic Surf and Turf class led by Chef Bob and had a fantastic time! The menu choices were exceptional, with each dish boasting a unique flavor profile. The standout elements were the truffle oil in the mashed potatoes and tarragon butter on the steak, which elevated the entire experience. Chef Bob excelled in explaining the "why" behind certain ingredients and techniques, and his kitchen knife demonstration provided important safety tips and proper techniques. The close-up camera setup allowed us to follow along closely as he prepared the vegetables, ensuring we didn't miss any steps. Andy and Jassiel were very personable and attentive assistants, providing invaluable help during the more complex recipe steps and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the fresh ingredients, excellent kitchen equipment, and delicious courses made this class a memorable experience, and we will definitely return to try a different one!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a private Chef Competition event here, and the overall experience was outstanding. Every member of the team was exceptional and thoughtful from start to finish. The planning team was incredibly engaged and made the whole process feel effortless. The competition team — with Chef Erin and Chef Tom — infused creativity and care into every beautifully prepared, delicious dish. Our hostess, Allison, was wonderful and attentive, ensuring everything ran seamlessly throughout the evening. Heartfelt thanks to the entire stellar team for creating such a joyful, creative, and truly memorable celebration to mark this special orbit that I’ll always cherish.

We recently hosted our engagement party at Hudson Tables Rooftop, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Schuyler was very communicative leading up to the event, which made the planning process stress-free. On the day of the party, the entire staff was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious and thoughtfully customized to exactly what my fiancé and I wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Hudson Tables to anyone hosting a special event.

My friend Amy and I had the BEST time at Hudson Table! We took a pasta-making class with Chef Bob and it was such a fun, hands-on experience from start to finish. Chef Bob was amazing — super knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. You can really tell how passionate he is about cooking and teaching, which made the whole class even more enjoyable. Ryan and another staff member (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) were also so kind and helpful throughout the class and made everything run smoothly. I’d 100% come back and would definitely take another class with Chef Bob again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different and fun to do in Hoboken!

What an evening! We were blown away by the entire experience. An astounding performance by every chef. We felt so spoiled to end up with a premium ingredients mystery box! Both meals provided by Chef Erin and Chef Ed were absolutely five star quality. We had many highlights, no low lights!

I surprised my fiance with an evening at Hudson Table for their Dumplings 101 class. We had a wonderful night! Hudson Table is BYOB and they provide glasses for whatever you are sipping on. They also provided water and bread with a delicious pesto. The layout of our class was 3 tables of 4. We worked with the other 2 people at our table to prepare all 4 dumplings for the evening. Out class started out with introductions and a basic cutting demo. We cut up all the necessary ingredients, then gathered for the dumpling demo. After assembling our dumplings, it was time to cook! Throughout the class, the chef and assistants were constantly visiting the tables, providing feedback, and assisting. They were very encouraging and reassuring! There was also pop music playing in the background. We sat and ate family style once everything was complete. We did not end up eating our exact dumplings due to splitting into 2 tables of 6, so our group of 4 got split up. This did not affect the taste of our creations. All 4 dumplings were delicious, as well as the 3 different sauces. We even got to take our leftover filling and dumplings home to enjoy later! I am looking forward to attending a chef's competition in the future and I would definitely come back for another class! Thank you!
